Hey,

Yes,it is possible to transfer directly to 2nd year at MSRIT of you have completed your first year. You might need to pay the full fees of four years engineering at your current college, if your college demands so and you also need to have influential contacts to change your college.

You can also opt for student exchange program, which means a student from MSRIT wants to transfer to Goa College of engineering then you can take his seat.

I hope this helps

MSRIT Bangalore is a much better Technical Institution than SRMIST Kattankulathur having excellent faculty, infrastructure and research facilities besides having strong career scope and placement prospects being located near IT, Technology and Corporate Hubs of Bengaluru. Perhaps after NIT Karnataka, RVCE Bangalore, MSRIT and BMSCE are the next best Engineering Colleges in Karnataka.

Hi Aspirant!

No doubt both colleges provide A class facilities with the best faculty staff which is highly qualified and supportive. But the placement record of MSRIT Banglore for CSE is slightly better than placement record of BMS College of Engineering, Banglore for CSE (as per the reviews). The companies which visit the MSRIT for recruitment are  Amazon, TCS, Google, Qualcomm, Wipro, IBM, Flipkart, Cognizant, Accenture, Nestle, Goldman Sachs, VMware, Tata Technology and Mahindra etc. The avergae salary package offered is around 6-8 LPA. Even the college provides good internship opportunites to students.

Thankyou!

Hello Aspirant,

MSRIT , Bengaluru is a NBA Accredited, AICTE approved college affiliated to VTU. On an average 80% of the students get placed in top companies after their Bachelors degree in Civil engineering. However securing jobs in civil based companies is only possible if you are among the best students. From last year's data highest package offered was 5LPA by L&T. Hope this helps.

MSRIT is a much better technical institution than SRM KTR Campus, having an excellent Return-On-Investment ROI Factor. Not only does it have lower tuition, but is one of the best Engineering Colleges for UG Degree all over Karnataka after NIT Suratkal and RVCE Bangalore. The Institute has excellent faculty, infrastructure, research facilities besides having a strong curriculum hence providing effective technical education. Being located near IT, Technical and Corporate Hubs of Bangalore provide excellent scope and impetus to training and placements.

Dear aspirant,

Comedk examination is conducted all over the country to offer admissions into various colleges of Karnataka. Both RVCE and MSRIT fill 70 percent of their seats through Comedk.

With a rank around 1000 you will easily get electrical and electronics engineering at both of the colleges. You can find detailed cutoff scores at:

Hope it helps!!

Dear Student,

to get admission at PES, you are required to give PESSAT exam which is a separate entrance exam conducted by PES university, depending on the score you get there you will be given admission.

As for getting admission at MSRIT, you will need to score 124+ marks in COMEDK Examination.

For getting admission at BMS you will be required to score of 140+.

Hey,

When we compare both of these colleges on different parameters like placements, past performance, quality of education then you must go for LPU. LPU has better placement records and is consider among one of the emerging colleges in terms of adaption of technology and advancement. Companies like Reliance, Samsung, ITC, HDFC Bank, etc. that recruit students from IITs, NITs & IIMs also recruit from LPU.

I hope this helps.

Hello Dear,

There is no any fixed fee for management seats of any college . It depends upon the simple economics of demand and supply. The branch which is high in demand like computer science and ECE has high fee other's are low. The Management quota fee is generally 3-4 times of actual fee of any college. So you can compare the fee. For MSRIT is one of the Top Engineering College in Bangalore so fee will be average around donation of 20Lac + course fee.

Good Luck
