The infrastructure of the college is among the best in Bangalore. There are many vast spaces, canteens, sport facilities and Gym. The libraries are the best thing about the infrastructure. They are vast and have a lot of knowledgeable books with students borrowing books quite often.
The curriculum is decent and teachers are quite knowledgeable but they do not teach with passion and interest. They teach with the intent of completing syllabus and scoring marks without much outside the book knowledge. The curriculum does not make one job ready which is the case with most colleges. Students have prepare themselves to be job ready. The correction of answer scripts are fair and teachers are quite lenient. If the student has abilities of self study grades are easily attainable.
The placements at RIT are among the best in Bangalore especially for CSE and ISE departments. Between 95-99 percent students are placed. The highest package is around 30 LPA and the average for CSE and ISE is 7-8 LPA. About 80+ students get packages above 9-10 LPA.
The fees for students who joined through KCET is around 70k-80k annually and for those joining through COMEDK it is 2.3 lakhs. The money spent is totally worth it for students who make the best out of their 4 years in college.
The campus is among the largest in Bangalore and has well maintained canteens, sport facilities and a Gym. It is located in the heart of Bangalore with good transport facilities and hangout spots nearby.
The infrastructure is really eye catching.all the necessary labs and libraries are there. If u wanna learn something there's no restriction for it.The infrastructure and facilities available on campus are amongst the very best. It is a wholly self-contained campus comprising of everything that students on campus would ever require. Come; see it to believe
Academics and faculties both are good and yes syllabus and course updates time to time.Particals are pretty interesting. Classes are chill and often enjoyable. They lack in some places , but it still good.
MSRIT has a very good placement record. Placement is 100% and at the end of 4 years most of the students end up getting 2 job offers. Highest package for the year 2016 is 50 lpa offered by an US based company. The average package for CSE is around 6 7 lakhs per annum which is pretty good.
Approx of 2.3 lacs u have to pay every year.the fee is quite big as compare to other nits and IITs.but ad compare to gud private colleges in India it is fine. Also city matters and benguluru is an expensive city.so according to that you have to manage yours pocket
Campus life is also gud.there are many clubs which perform various activities timely. And the gud part it's in the middle of the City. So u can get anything easily.and it's safe and it can handle all types of emergencies.
Overall the college is gud and it's in Bengaluru which is known for its climate and also a IT hub.so students find too many opportunities here for job as well as start-ups.
Great infrastructure, new buildings and one of major point is that the college is in the heart of the Bangalore City so it has a great environment also there is a separate hostel for boys within campus.
Academic is same as that of over all engineering colleges in India , I personally feel there should be more practical or field work for students in order to learn more things practically. Theoretical is also important. No complain on theoretical side.
Placements are quite good lot of companies visit the campus for the recruitment, example Amazon and many big tech also non tech companies related to one's specific branch of study. Overall good placements.
Has all required labs like computer labs which is well equipped with all necessary equipment like good ubuntu based computers etc. Also has apple lab and intel lab to guide students better in new technologies.
I am studying Information science & Engineering as I have a keen interest in computer technologies.Quality of teaching is good and majority of teachers are either PhD or M.tech. Curriculum is always updated as per industury standards.
Many good and big product based companies visit this college and offer a good package. In my branch as per records 96% students are placed and highest package approximately goes to 35-40 LPA.College is very supportive in placements.
Yes it has all the facilities well equpied labs, classrooms, auditorium and coming up to cultural ans sports they have separate clubs too college has a wide campus connecting law management and other fields too
Professors are well qualified and they basically focus qualitative than Quantative teaching they give guidance during placements and helps us to explore and get to Know about present techniques n technology
Placement is good but depends on the stream chosen bcz the cs has more placements compare to civil huge number of students get selected with a good package the clg also helps in startups and encourages to build ourselves
The facilities and infrastructure are fantastic here .The course is well designed, and it is as per the industry needs. There is lot of exposure to real world projects. Ramiah Institute of Technology hostels are best in terms of living it’s very hygienic and also very decent. The canteen is the best part of the college the food served is very affordable and very delicious and of good quality.
MSRIT faculties are very good there. Proctor keep timely updates with guardians and students about academics and any other problems. Best thing is one can clear any type of doubts from any faculty of that subject. MSRIT provides good quality education more subjects to learn more people to meet more opportunities to learn more chances of finding better placements and great academics for students to grow and learn to become a better human.
Placements in Ramaiah Institute of technology are good. Almost every students of computer science and information science branches gets placed. The placement session generally starts from July 1 week, and companies visit until the end of the fourth year. The average salary package offered is around 8LPA. Top recruiting companies here our Morgan Stanley, JPMC, Paytm, PhonePe, SAP labs, Cisco, American express, Amazon, Adobe etc.
MSRIT has a very good environment. If you will join MSRIT, you will be extremely privileged as MSRIT is in very close proximity to BEL Road which is about two minutes, rock from the College campus. You can enjoy your weekends, even weekdays in quality restaurants and more near the college.
Our college has an excellent infrastructure. Classrooms are big and all are equipped with smart boards. We also have live recording simultaneously done making it easy for students to always go back and watch these videos.
I am currently in my 3rd year of BE. I am studying Medical Electronics engineering. Its a very advanced field which is combination of Biology, Electronics and Computer Science. It bridges the gap between medicine and technology. And has a very good scope abroad. the quality of teaching is good. Professors are always there to help you and guide you.
Quality of placements is amazing. Being one of the best Technical universities in the state, we have exceptionally amazing placement opportunities. As far as I know the highest salary package has been constantly bagged by the IS/CS students over the years. I can't comment much on the process as I will be applying for the same soon.
College have all sufficient stuffs but the campus size is very small its just have 4-5 big building around you for the engineering department and own hostels to inside the campus only...over it's quite small.
For core branch , u don't have a good campus placement.. either you have to do coding then only.only then u can sit in some companies interview. Overall tech branches people get a good placements ..and its quite nice
For tech branches placement are boom, but for core placement are not as good.. overall in terms of a private college ,its good ,,many companies visit our campus and took many students from core branches too
College fee is much high for comedk students its around 2.3 lpa
Its descent
Its overall good as compared to other colleges in Bangalore
Campus is not much vast but it is always clean and hygiene maintained. Laboratories are well equipped and libraries are also up to the mark. The wifi network speed is also very good.Hostels are also decent with all the facilities .
I am studying industrial engineering and management .The faculties are decent and cooperative and with good teaching skills. They are always available for the students for help on the Digital platforms.
Right now i am in first year so i dont know much in depth but i know that the placements are going on in pandemic also and they advertise about the upcoming companies and their details which also help the students.
Classrooms are spacious and ventilated . laboratories are well equipped. Very good library, also seperate one for first year students. Hostels not so good, pgs would be better. Wifi speed is good. Campus is clean and hygiene.
Faculties are very good there. Proctors keep timely updates with guardians and students about academics and any other problems. Assignments and quizzes are being taken timely. Best thing is one can clear any type of doubt from any faculty of that subject.
Currently i have not experienced any placement as in 1st year thus cannot say much about it. But in covid time also there were companies that came to recruit students from final year thus i think placement is good here
Hello,
Why you should select MSRIT:
Motives for selecting BMSCE:
The two colleges are both excellent in terms of placement.
Now, it's all depend on you to choose.
Thank You
Hello,
PES has won hands out in terms of academics and job placements. The finest of the three you named is PES University. In comparison to other Bangalore-area colleges and even certain NITs, its computer science department gives the top placements. There are several chances to create an outstanding resume if MS is your area of interest before applying to universities overseas. Since PESU has many contacts with US institutions, the university sends several students there for summer internships, many of whom go on to publish papers.
Teachers are kind and helpful, so if you treat them well, they will be more understanding of your situation. The internships at PES University are excellent for CS students since they provide many of chances; it's up to the individual to take use of them.
Good Luck!!
Hi Shreeja,
First of all I want to clarify for PES Bangalore you have to give PESSAT or KEACET.
And according to your rank and previous year cutoffs you can get CSE at MSRIT as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 3138.
Not BMS as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 2704.
Also not RV as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 958.
but you can get PES Shivmoga s it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of around 41K.
