It completely depends on person to person.Generally the hostels service there are good and many people stay there.However roommates depend on person to person.You can get good as well as bad person.But the services like meals,rooms are quite up to the mark.

After allotment of hostels in RV College of Engineering you cannot change your hostel or your room and also the decision of roommates will not depend on you. It is completely dependent on the decision of hostel superintendent and it's under the hostel authority.
So if you got allotted hostel its room and the roommates then they can be changed only if you get a new hostel for room in your coming final stages of B E / B tech.

Management Quota Seats are available in most of the top private colleges & universities in India. Almost 25 % of total seats are under Management quota for direct admission in most private engineering colleges. To get admission in management quota you can approach the private college or university and request for direct admission under management quota. Once a student gets admitted there is no difference in the students who have come through Management and those who have come through merit.

At rv college of engineering, you will be provided with many facilties. You will be given a good hostel well furnished rooms, Strong wifi connection , etc.
So, there is no need to setup your own wifi broadband.
But if you still want then you can install it by the permission of the hostel superintendent.
So, do what you think is best. Because from my opinion there is no need for installing it.

Through COMEDK Quota total fees for 1st year: Rs. 2,01,960 ( 55,000 (already paid for seat acceptance) + 1,46,960)

If the fees is taken constant for all 4 years it will sum upto Rs. 8,07,840
