It's little difficult but if you come under any of the category other than general than there are some rays of hope left for you getting seat in RV 

You might get civil or eie or biotechnology in RV you can also get chemical but in last round of counselling considering your rank coming near to 5k max so you can get it

Nope you can't get cse in RV and your rank may be around 4k max but it can vary according to performance of other candidates so let your rank come first then I can say you clearly but its confirm that you won't get cse through merit there is chance

See scholarship in RV is very difficult to get because they don't offer any scholarship for comedk students but some scholarship are offered by companies but you will get that in second year if you get selected for that which Is little difficult so best of luck and hope to
