- So as we know highest packages are offered in cs not electrical.
You should opt for RVCE as it is outstanding college and offers very good placements and CSE branch has more scope than electrical.

For COMED K students the annual tution fees is arround Rs.1,60,000/- & Hostel including mess is arround Rs.69,000/-
If you are getting CSE branch in RVCE then you can go for it. because as per the rating both are the good colleges. For the genuine reviews of the colleges you can go through with given below links.
Out of both RV College of Engineering, Bangalore can be prefered at first as it is one level up than NIT Surat. So you can prefer it for EE.

Both are the good options branch wise & College wise. it depends on your capabilities. If you are interested for CSE Then you can go for RVCE & if you want Electrical then you can go for NIT Surat. Both branches are good.

College Infrastructure
The campus is beautiful ngl. Green spaces everywhere, clean corridors, and the auditorium is massive. The labs are stocked with all necessary tools and instruments. Just wish the cafeteria had more options. But compared to other colleges, the infrastructure is definitely top-notch

College Infrastructure
Honestly the campus is huge and well maintained. The labs have all the latest equipment and the library stays open late which is super helpful during exams. Wi-Fi coverage could be a bit better in the hostel blocks though. Overall really happy with the facilities here.
Greatest option RV college for doing engineering from here

College Infrastructure
RV College has a large and modern campus with smart classrooms, advanced labs, and good Wi-Fi access. The library is huge with plenty of books and e-resources. The environment feels professional, giving students real exposure to quality learning facilities.
