thank you for connecting to careers360.com . the admissions in the RV COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING are done based on three exams from which one is comedk and even the fee structures will be different for the different exams . you can't admission base on your IPE examination marks .

Hi Shabaz, RV college of engineering is the topmost private college in India.they take admission based on the three factors - COMEDK(30%), KCET(45%), and management seats(25%).if you want to take admission in RV college then you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

if you are general you must have below 500 rank to get Mechanical

in the sense if you have category you should have below 900 its quite toug competation to get the RV

With 65 marks, it's highly unlikely that you will get a seat at the NITs. However, it also depends on your category. If you are from reserved category, then there are chances that you may get a seat in NITs, as the cutoff of JEE Main for reserved candidates
