The college has a sophisticated Central Library with a vast collection of print and E-resources on varied subjects. The School of Planning and Architecture has an exclusive Library for the students and the faculty for their day-to-day references. Presently the School of Architecture and Planning has a well-equipped Library having a rich collection of books, reports, national and international journals.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The College Computer lab is equipped with an adequate number of workstations complemented with high-end processors and the latest versions of drafting and visualization software's to make students abreast of the advanced technology. Students learn under the guidance of experts from the industry. The lab is also equipped with printing and plotting facilities. Every student is given a user-id for using the Wi-Fi facilities available on the campus.

The college has a spacious canteen facility on the college premises and is run by college management. A variety of south Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with the highest quality. The college canteen is blessed with a family atmosphere, with a variety of delicacies, touched by a homemade flavor, cooked to perfection, and served with great courtesy. Refreshments are available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff even during peak time.

The College auditorium is quite spacious, and it can seat hundreds of students. The dais is big enough for several guests, and it is suitable for projecting the videos or slideshows too. We have centralized air condition for the comfort of the occupants. A high-quality projector is arranged with a crystal clear screen, while the screen is usually placed at the dais wall. The auditorium also has the required sound system, which can keep you involved in the event. The superior comfort levels of our auditorium have made many events successful 350-capacity auditorium; 1500- capacity amphitheater.
