I have take 89 score in Set for Pune symbiosis. It is enough

SCMS Pune never releases a official cut-off.

Until last year, Cut-off for general category was somewhere around 105.

The trend might continue but the cut-off majorly depends upon the difficulty of the SET. With a score of 89, you might not be eligible for further rounds of WAT

which is a better option doing BA LLB in energy laws from UPES dehradun or BA LLB from Symbiosis Hyderabad

Both the option are good for law but i will suggest you for UPES due to its education quality and its placements. It provide both basic and specialised law courses. So BA LLB in energy laws has wide scope in future.
