The institute has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. There are separate amenity centres exclusively for women, named ladies' waiting rooms. These are to be used strictly only during intervals and free time on working days. Discipline is to be strictly maintained. Care should be taken to keep the room and furniture neat, in order, and good condition.

The library is housed in a two-story building. The library includes a good number of books in the field of Engineering and Allied subjects, and it also has an impressive collection of leading national and international periodicals, including the IEEE publications.
