See MIT Pune is now MIT-WPU.
It has become university now. So if you want to take admission, you have to separately apply for it.

i got 107 marks in mhcet 59 in jee mains .will igot admission in walchand eng college in IT or mech.

No , the last year cut off for any branch in walchand sangli is above 130.So there is no chance of getting walchand college with 107 marks and general quota.
