DTU has one of the best infrastructure in India. It has academic blocks, sport complex, gym, canteen, well equipped laboratories, Auditorium, Library, Open Air Theatre,full WiFi campus and many such facilities. Quality of food in mess and canteen is very good at a reasonable price. One will definitely fall in love with the beauty of DTU.

DTU has well updated curriculum with modern subjects and laboratories equipments. Here some teachers are just God level teacher who are best in this field. They have unique methods for teaching which will make you a good engineer as well as a good person. DTU itself is a brand name so placement is never a problem here. Just follow your passion of engineering and your professors then see the magic happen.

DTU has the one of the best placements in country (You can check NIRF data on placement). In Mechanical engineering top recruiters are Saint Gobain, Maruti Suzuki, Hero, Bajaj, Voltas, Airtel etc. and average package is around 8-9 lpa while in coding realted braches average pay package is around 15-18 lpa. Every year many top MNCs of tech, coding, consulting and sales visit DTU for placements.

Fees of DTU is not fixed as it increases every year for new batch. Currently it is around 2 lakh per year for Btech. But It also offers various merit and means basis scholarship which help students to afford fees. Every year hundred of students get full fee waiver. Also with its excellent placements it has great ROI one can offer.

Campus life is full of diversity as it has multiple clubs and society ranging from car racing to dancing , painting and quizzing.Students can join any of these clubs which will help them in making friends and learning new things. Also its Cultural fest Engifest is best fest of North India with footfall of 80000 people each year. Also its location is well connected to major areas of Delhi. It has malls and cinema hall near it so that students can have some leisure time.

DTU has quite good infrastructure and well maintained. The classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and AC. The campus is well connected with LAN and WIFI and has 3-storey modern library with all facilities.st DTU has one of the best sport facilities in entire North India. It has all type of sport facilities ranging from cricket to athletics . It has two gym facilities available. Hostel : DTU consist of 8 boys and 4 girls hostel. Hostel and Hostel mess are well maintained and proper hygiene

DTU has decent faculty here but not excellent, some department like mechanical has the best faculty. Professors are well educated but don't depend on them as very less are interested on what student has interest on. Research is improving day by day. The curriculum is recently updated with more flexibility in choosing your interested subjects. Job skilled topics are not given importance so you have to depend on yourself. Semester exams are chilled out and student can score easily with min efforts

DTU has one of the best placement cell among India, infact its placement record in Software& IT beats old IITs like IIT Guwahati. It is easily in top ten in placement in INDIA beating new IITs and all NITS. COE , IT has 100% placement record with all getting multiple offers, Other departments all has around 75%-80% placement rate. Big IT companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Qualcomm Non Tech like Barclays, Goldman Sachs to mass recruiter like TCS, Infosys, Wipro

DTU has quite expensive Tuition fee of 2 lac per year for a Government engineering college. But it has many scholarship available through which you can minimize it. Free scholarship are also available for weak economical background students, The value-for-money or ROI is worth it as the avg. job package you get range from 8 - 12 lac p.a to highest package of 1.2 crore . Many students go above 20 lac and above 40 lac package too.

DTU is situated at the outskirt of North Delhi border but is well connected with metro and bus services and can go one corner to another of city with ease. Undoubtedly, DTU has one of the best campus life all over India as it surrounds itself with prestigious colleges like DU, JNU, IIT Delhi , NSUT, NSD. All kind of activity are done here from singing to dancing to dramatics and each one has separate societies. Students are very friendly specially seniors and faculty members. DTU is pretty safe.

I got admitted at DTU in the year 2017 ( B.Tech COE ). As i hailed from northeast i had some doubt about the college but the reputation of this premier institute lived up to its name. During my first year, i had a lot of fun , hostel late night fun, super friendly seniors, playing cricket at sport complex pranking your colleague. Now I am at 4th year and i can pretty much say no one will ever regret coming here , will feel proud that you are part of this institution.

Old buildings with no good sports facilities labs have old outdated instruments and errors are like one of the most common things in these equipments with very bad lab teachers rather than teaching they expect u to know every thing

Curriculum is good but the 1st year with common subjects is a little boring with teachers showing little to no attention except a few teachers are not upto date with todays teaching techniques and are least worried

I dont know much about it right now but dtu is considered to be at the top in terms of placement and all highest salary packages offered were of 24lks pa to 15 lks pa with good perk its ine of the top in our counter

It's cheap comparatively to other engineering colleges

Not to good hostels are shoddy and dark no regular cleaning of campus

My college has every required facility that a student needs. It has a good hostel, the classes are air-conditioned. We have wi-fi in our hostels as well as in our campus, so we don't face any problem regarding the internet. Food is hygienic and is affordable for a student, for eg, a plate of chole bhature in the canteen just costs 30/-. All the living spaces are clean including classes.

I am currently pursuing B.tech in Electrical branch. I like this branch and I have an interest in this that's why I chose it. Quality of teaching is very good. They all are highly qualified and they are permanent faculty. Our curriculum changes regularly according to the need of society.

Placements are quite good at DTU. More than 75% get placed and others refer to higher studies. Highest package in my branch was around 24 LPA and the average package is around 8 LPA. The companies come not only for the placement but for the internship as well.

My College Infrastructure is very good.Classroom and Labs has all the facilities and equipment's needed for studying.College is quite well maintained and the food provided in the canteen is Hygienic .

In terms of academics DTU has the best faculty in Delhi. Quality of teaching is very good and the teachers explain very well and in very simple way.Curriculum doesn't need any development and yes this course makes me job oriented.

DTU is always know for his Placements and for sure the placements are very good. Teachers and college is very supportive to the students. Average salary offered by the company's are 4-5 lakh per year which is quite good for the students.

My course cost me 160000 which is quite expensive but this is a professional degree so it can cost this much and there are other colleges which have more fees than this. I think i am totally getting my money worth's

DTU is always know for its big campus. I am very much happy from my college . Teachers and students are quite friendly in this college. Location is also quite safe and near to the college and i am satisfied with my college.

The college infrastructure is not upto mark....the classes for first year takes place in sps(semi permanent structures) which are good compared to classes in other years. Library is good and you will get good environment there , separate space for m tech students but it does not have enough course related books for all the students. Sports centre is good, it has football ground, cricket ground, nets for practice,indoor room for table tennis,badminton and also has a gym. Labs are good.

The teaching is not good here. The course is also old and not at all updated.In first year all students have to study common subjects and that too is not updated, we have to use primitive tools in mechanical workshops in first year which are outdated.

I think this is the reason why many students lands to DTU.We had more than 5-6 students with over 1 crore per annum package last year.The highest domestic package was around 40 lacs per annum. The avg. package is around 10 lacs per annum.Google, Microsoft,uber,flipkart,amazon are some of the many recruiters.

Dtu is pretty old but the college is spread in around 165 acres .classrooms are well equipped with ac's but some of them does not work,campus also has high speed wifi throughout the campus and sports facilities are also provided by the college

Academics is not upto the expectation most of the teachers just teach for the sake of teaching and attendance has more importance then student getting a knowledge but if you approach to teachers they will defiantly help you

according to previous year records dtu has placement record of around 95% and most of the eligible students with a decent cgpa get placed easily most of the companies that visit it Delhi also visit dtu average package in for tech branches are near 17.7 lakhs whereas for core branches its quite low around 8-9 lakhs major companies that visit dtu are Amazon,Uber ,Google,Microsoft,Codenation,Tower research.

Fees is increasing every year currently it is 1,66,000 per year next year it would increase by 15-20% ,considering the facilities provided by college fees is pretty justified

Dtu has one of the best campus life if compared to other tier-1 colleges ,you will have fests mostly every month and there will be many events that keeps on happening which make you indulged in them ,and it helps to make you social, dtu is pretty safe you can move inside campus any time ,it also has hospital to handle emergencies

College have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities like library, laboratories,hostel , gym , computer center , canteen , auditorium , sports complex . Classrooms are well equipped with smart boards and air conditioner and are big enough. The campus has WiFi all over .

Teachers are highly qualified and provide quality education . Moreover we have different societies in which students join and grow together . The curriculum is well updated and makes you job ready . Students can publish research papers under guidance of the professor.

More than 80% of the students are placed . Highest salary package offered in 2020 is 80lpa international and 40 lpa domestic . The average package offered for IT branch is 12-13 lpa . Many companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google , etc come for recruitment .

Per year cost for the program is 2 lakhs , excluding hostel charges . It is completely worth as dtu provides the exposure to various fields and opportunities to excel . It has laboratories for each technical teams and other funds to support the students.

College campus is quite beautiful with the scenic views all around . It has got OAT as its main attraction and a clock tower . It is located at prime location from where all the utilities are accessible .

DTU's infra will not disappoint anyone. In sports, there are Football, Cricket grounds, Running track, Lawn Tennis court, , an indoor hall(Badminton courts, Pool Table, Table Tennis), as well as various clg sports teams and Gym. DTU also has to offer a vast Library, offering books of almost every field. There are also medical and banking facilities available in the campus. All Labs are well equipped except Computer Labs, which have very old gen systems, so better bring your own Laptops.

Faculty is well qualified, but dont depend on them for studying as some dont even bother to take classes. Only a few are really supportive & helpful. But dont worry, your peer group is whats going to push you forward. The curriculum is recently updated but still lacks behind many tier-1 colleges, dont make us job-ready. There is barely any strictness on academics(ie more extracurr. activities)and everything student has to cover and polish up on their own. But this also makes them independent.

DTU is one of those clgs which has an excellent placement record. In Comp specific branches, avg pkg for 2018-19 is abt 17L, median pkg is close to 15L, and placement is close to 93.7. The highest package offered was 1.08C(international), 45L(domestic). Around 300 renounced companies came, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, CodeNation, Adobe, UrbanClap. All these companies also come for Internships in 3rd yr and there are high chances of getting PPO from them. Clg is also very supportive.

DTU is high value for money, as it has everything from campus life to extracurricular activities, and a huge scope to polish one's personality. My course costed abt 1.9-2 lacs per p.a. on avg for 4 years B.tech(IT). But if you consider academics front, then its not so much value, Students has to study on own and bring themselves up. Rest everything is very enjoyable. Making oneself job-ready is his/her own duty, but you need to pick up opportunities at the right time.

Having a campus area of abt 160 acres really helps every DTUite, to boast. There is main canteen, then amul shop, and juices&shakes corner. There is also a night canteen( for all those late-night hostellers ;) ). Then there are spacious and fully AC smart classrooms, and a big Open-Air Theatre(OAT) and a large auditorium, both where mostly all events take place. Overall campus Life in DTU is among those tier-1 colleges. But I feel, to enjoy it to fullest, Hostel is a must.

College infrastructure is excellent, though it was built many years back, it's up to date with on-going construction to improve it further. Classrooms are equipped with AC and we have high speed WiFi in campus, but its not available in whole campus and your speed depends on your location. We have proper lab with all kinds of equipment to experiment in various fields.

Academics is very great. DTU has elective type syllabus in which we have the option to choose our own subjects from a variety of subjects. Quality of teaching is average. Some teachers are excellent and go to all length to explain the topic to the student.

DTU has excellent placements. Though DTU doesn't reveal its placement data online, students studying talk to the seniors to get some insights. All the major companies com to DTU to offer jobs nd internships to the students with good offers.

Yes I am getting the value for my money. As compared to other colleges, DTU's fees isn't too high and it offers a lot of opportunities tp its students.

Campus Life is great. DTU has a beautiful campus spread in 165(approx) acres of land. It has proper greenery and one can often see peacocks roaming around in the campus.
