Hello Dear Student,
Yes, you are eligible for DTU. DTU does not require schooling from Delhi for eligibility, and it offers a 5% marks relaxation in the PCM aggregate for OBC-NCL candidates, dropping the minimum requirement from 60% to 55%. Since you have 57% in PCM and 67% overall, you meet the requirement.
