Scoring good score in semester is not soo tough..In end semester examination most of question came from previous year.So one should analyse previous year paper before appearing in end sem examination to score good marks..

There is no such policy in IIT'S to admission in lateral entry. You have to paas 12th to take admission in IIT'S. 

If you want to do graduation, then go for college which takes students as lateral entry.
