I can't tell my SC rank because I'm not a part of that community. I'm a general category and can tell you only regards to that rank.

My CRL in JEE advanced was 10.3k with a score of 178/372 ie 48.6%.

I was eligible for ISM Dhanbhad and IIT Pallakad but refused both the IIT's as I was getting a lower rank seat and preffered NIT Allahabad Mechanincal over them

So the minimum percentage aggregate marks for 2019 is 17.5 for SC . The cut-offs for 2019 hasnt been released yet . It will be released shortly.  The opening and closing ranks for JEE Advanced in various colleges are mentioned in this site.  It will be quite useful .

Don't go for IIT Dhanbad. Placement report is poor.

Go for KGP VLSI, very good placement

There are very less chance  of getting VLSI in IIT KGP.

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get  are:-

IIT Indore Electrical Engineering VLSI Design and Nano electronics

IIT ISM Dhanbad Electronics Engineering VLSI Design

Hope you are doing well. To get into IIT Kharagpur you have to clear JEE Mains exam, the cutoff was 74.3 for OBC, 89.75 for GEN, 54 for SC and 44.33 for ST category. As for the advanced exam, the cut off varies with the branch offered by institution and category of applying student. For OBC person to get into CSE branch at IIT Kharagpur, the opening and closing ranks were  47 and 137 respectively In 2018, it is 82 and 127 respectively. In 2017, it is 48 and 196 respectively in 2016.

In order to get admission for computer science in IIT Kharagpur you have to clear the JEE Advance. For that you have to clear jee mains too. There is no admission in IIT Kharagpur through jee mains.

Hello! Hope you are doing well. To get into IIT Kharagpur you have to clear JEE Mains exam. And as for the advanced exam the cut off varies with category and branch. For a general category person to get into CSE branch, in 2018 the opening and closing ranks are 92 and 272 respectively. In 2017, it is 160 and 262 respectively. No, IIT (Indian Institute of Technology),Kharagpur doesn't provide MBBS,it provide

admission in Engineering courses that is B.tech in different Branches  like-

Computer Science,Mechanical Engineering,Electronics etc.

for the admission in IIT Karagpur JEE Mains and Advanced are conducted.
