Yes you will be eligible for doing Mtech in IIT Kharagpur. IIT KGP offers Integrated B. Tech-M.Tech, Integrated M. Tech-PhD and PhD programs as well as opportunities for post-doctoral research for it's Biotechnology department and you'll find opportunities according to your preferences.

JEE mains results are not yet declared. That's why it's facing a delay in application process. We are expecting the application will start by today evening or tomorrow morning. You may check it by visiting on JEE Advanced portal.
Also you can predict JEE Main and Advanced college

VIT is good but its not like IIT KGP because the alumni IIT KGP have is considerably large. The placement scenario for most of the trades are very good. Apart from this the exposure in terms of research, academics provided by an IIT can't be compared to any other college.
