According to previous years SC cutoff rank for securing a seat in IIITD as

2019: SC cutoff AIR: 106k-274k(locals); 40k - 66k(outsiders).

IIITD and NSUT both are Delhi Government College. NSUT is much older and has a great alumni network, whereas IIITD is relatively new.

Both the colleges are more or less similar when it comes to placements (only comparing CSE).
