The website contains Information for all the cut-offs related to every field on the website of all the previous years in a tabular form to help the students get access to the information. since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup> we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 21306  . Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.

Now since the official cutoffs  for college are yet to be decided but let us analyse your chances by looking into the previous year cutoffs data.Since you are from outside delhi that means you have other satte quota

WEll according to previous year data the min rank you should get into IIIT delhi to get E and C branch is 12k. so with the present percentile it seems little difficult for you to enter this institute.

Now since the official cutoffs for college are yet to be decided but let us analyse using previous year cutoffs
Since you did not mention the categories too let us assume it to bre general by default
B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering
3919(all india rank)
so as you can see your rank should be less than 3500 just to be on safer side.
Which means your percentile should be greater than 99.7+
well the marks equivalent to this percentile comes out to be 250+
