According to previous year statistics you can get the following branches in IIIT delhi :

• Computer science and biosciences
• Computer science and social sciences 

You can get computer science along with the courses mentioned above, you can not get separate computer science branch as it's cut off

•  Parents are in the Below Poverty Line Category: 100%

•  Gross Income of parents in service is up to Rs.6.0 Lakh p.a. (Rs. 3.60 Lakh p.a. for those having business income)

NIT Andhra Pradesh is newly established one. The College is still developing. Whereas IIIT Delhi is a good reputated College. Last year it was recorded more than 90% placement for ECE students. IIIT delhi is a better choice compared to NIT Andhra Pradesh.

I can provide you 2017 and 2018 cutoff ranks of IIIT, Delhi after Round 6 of JAC Delhi counseling.

These cutoffs were for OBC (Outside Delhi) candidates.

In 2017, after Round 6-

Considering your rank you there is a fair chance that you can get into B.Tech Computer Science & Applied Mathematics, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi  or Computer science department. . So don't missout the registration process. Do participate in the counselling. I hope this helps check this

You have to be in final year to write the entrance test ie apply for  IIIT Delhi .

So start preparing for it  but it's only for those who are in fourth year .

IIIT Delhi is a very good institute with excellent placements for postgraduates.
