I am answering this question considering you as a General Delhi Candidate.
For NSUT, the cut off was closed at 40750 for MAE branch.
For DTU, the cut off was closed at 48293 for Biotechnology and 47034 for Polymer Science and Chemical Technology.

IIIT considers the cutoff as declared by NTA. so there may be possible to get an admission at your state IIIT if it has any reservation for state candidates.

Anyway you can go for your state level Government colleges. There you can get admission for sure. May not for

As per your rank ,your predicted branches in dtu are:

1.bio technology

2.environmental engineering

3.polymer science and chemical technology

4.production and industrial engineering

And no branch from iiitd. But if you are a resident of Delhi then you may get branches of your choice due to home quota.

Dear Aspirant, for OBC categories, you must have to get 75% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics in your 12th grade examination.

According to the previous years counseling 165marks is minimum for 6th round counseling. So you have the chances to get admission in this college.
