ECE is the most demanding branch after CSE.
Yes, it has good scope in term of job and IIIT D provides good placements. You can opt for it.

Which to choose between IIITA IT, IIITD CSE, DTU COE, NSIT IT?

Choosing a branch totally depends on your interest.

If we compare these colleges then you can consider DTU for your admission. It has very good placement record.

132 in jee main. Obc rank - 9137 general rank-37830. Am I eligible for iiit delhi? If not, tell me best iiit with my rank.

Based on your marks and rank you have less chances in IIIT Delhi and average chances in IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Kalyani to get CSE branch and high chances to get IIIT, Dharwad ECE branch.

You have also chances to get NIT Delhi.

Chances are very less to get seat there in top branches like CS, ME, ECE etc. So if you want you can try for private colleges of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab etc.
