For IIT Delhi, you need to get through via JEE Advance.

iiit Delhi take admission on which basis

IIIT Delhi take admission through JEE Main only.

In order to take admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs and CFTIs you should have 75% marks in your class 12th or you should be in top 20 percentile.
