First of all I would like to ask you that in which field you have interest. If you have an interest in machines then I would say go for mechanical but if you want pursue a non core career then go for iiit delhi ece.

Let me tell you that as per this rank there is no chance for you to secure a seat in DTU or iiit delhi even if I consider you as  ews category and you are from Delhi itself. The cut off doesn't go that much low in case

Placements and Faculty as well as Infrastructure and Research Facilities are comparable in either DTU, NSUT or IIIT Delhi CSE. Incase youre interested in Research, I would suggest you IIIT Delhi. Otherwise considering strong Academic and Employer Outlook, preference is definitely NSUT CSE, DTU CSE followed by IIIT D CSE.
