Hello Naveen
With your rank you can easily get admission in both of them.IIIT Kancheepuram has a little bit better facilities as compared to Jabalpur , the fees for both are same Rs5.30 lakh for 4 years, both have a good and equal rating, the median salary of jabalpur is Rs7.50 lakh per annum and for kancheepuram it is Rs 5.25 lakh per annum . I have attached a link where you can compare and see it for yourself and two links for each of the college where you will get all the information of those colleges and choose a college whichever suits you more as they are both nearly equal.

HAPPY HUSTLING!
hello aspiramt
basically if we compare mec hyderabad and iiit vadodora , both are very good colleges. in mec , hydearabad almost 80 % students got placed and highest package till now is 34 lpa and average is 5 lpa while many students opt for higher studies also.
while in iiit vadodora, approx 90-95% students got placed.highest package offered till now is approx 39 lpa while average is 9- 10 lpa .
academics wise both the colleges are good.
infrastructure iiit vadodora doesnt have its own campus and hostel student lives in sabar institute of technology, but placement wise iiit vadodora is better.so according to me its not good to leave iiit vadodora now its your personal choice.

Hello there...
As you've mentioned your rank is 89000 in OBC category so I would like to tell you that it seems very difficult for you to get a seat in any of the NIT/IIIT.
You can try next time if you are left with your attempts of JEE or you can attempt other engineering entrances also like BITSAT/VITEEE/WBJEE etc to get good colleges.
You can join private institutions also in various states.
Thanks..
I hope it'll be helpful..
