hello!! I got 87 percentile in jee mains and my crl rank is around 1,31,000 and my obc rank is around 40,000 is it possible for me to get into any of the nit's or IIIT's

As per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting NITs, IIITs with this rank your rank is quite high. For GFTIs too i cannot see chances. I will suggest you to go for other state counselings like M.P, MHT-CET, Punjab, etc. You can refer last years cutoff.

According to previous year cutoffs the maximum rank under which cadidate got into IIIT in Round7 with OBC category is around 18k to 21k,but your rank 40k is far from that range.Hence it would be impossible for you to get into any NIT or IIIT.Although you can try your luck in GFTI or in CSAB special counseling.
