my rank in sc category in jee mains is 11k .can I get into iiit. if yes which iiit

So, according to your SC rank, let me just be very honest, it's really tough to get into any of the IIITs, for any of the branches. According to the previous year's data, the closing rank in IITs extend till 7k in SC category, so evidently, 11k has a very less chance of getting  a seat.
