jadavpur is absolutely safe university for girls and even for all gender candidates wo wants to pursue higher education , are from another state.

After 3 rounds
Cutoff for outside state students is 107
And for home state students is 103 !

Overall, my college experience was good. However, I feel the college should have offered more extracurricular activities and opportunities for students to participate beyond academics. More clubs, events, and competitions would have made the experience even better.

College Infrastructure
AC does not work. The seats are placed too closely to each other. Movement becomes very restricted. Canteen space has no ac, cleanliness is minimal. No rooms where you can study during free classes. Library requires to keep phone and laptop outside.
I like JU because you become a totally different person .

College Infrastructure
No proper cleaning of washrooms, no proper washroom even. Lack of infrastructure development and fundcuts are consistent. There has to be proper electricity facilities and benches as well as AC s are needed.
