otherwise there is no chance to get a seat there

you can try for jaypee noida which takes through jee mains and it is a good college

Hello Shubham
You need to obtain a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in your intermediate examinations in order to be eligible fir taking admission in NITs, IIITs and various GFTIs.
As far the as the 60% criteria of PCM id considered, you are fulfilling that.
If you have aggregate 75% marks in 10+2 examinations or you are amongst the top 20 percentile students of your Board, then you can take admission in DTU for sure.
All the best.

Hello there,

Hope you are fine,
I would suggest you to take decision on your own,  without being influenced by any other's opinion. See,  DTU is better college than NSIT because of its social life,  fest life etc.
Whereas computer science engineering is better than electronics and communication engineering,  so its completely your choice,  Going for NSIT cse is a better choice.

Hope I am clear.

Hi ! You can't get NSIT or DTU through your general category JEE main rank. But you can get it in the basis of your ews category rank. In this case you may get low graded streams that is getting chance at CSE or ECE is low. You also have the courtesy of defence quota. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

of the full fee 3,50,000

Hello student,
With 66.49 percentile in JEE main examination, in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in government colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for Netaji subash institute of technology, Delhi was around 40,000 for those residing in Delhi and for non residents, it was still lower. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
http://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
Good luck

Dear aspirant,
According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year, depending upon level of difficulty of mains this year,no of candidates applying to DTU/NSIT  through delhi state quota/outside delhi quota (from sc category )so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,416351 was the base cut off rank from home state quota,159897 from outside delhi region for sc category for DTU,NSIT
  • For DTU(for sc category)
From delhi state quota cut off rank was  78362 cse in first round and 162277 was cut off rank for me in round 1,94023 in round 6 for cse and 222174 for me in round 2 so your chances are no to meagre acc to previous years cut off however you can get environmrnt at dtu as cut off rank was 410407 in round 6 and biotech at dtu cut off rank was 381521 in round 6 also branches like Polymer Science and Chemical Technology,Production and Industrial Engineering
For outside delhi quota cse closes at around 42k and around 103513 so no - meagre chances
  • For NSIT:
For home quota cse closes at around 64659 and
me closes at around 228917, so no-meagre chances for these two branches.
For outside quota cse closes at around 46k and me at 104828 so no-meagre chances
For more analysis regarding colleges you can get with this rank you can use following jee main college predictorhttps://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
Hope
this helps

Hi Geet,

At this rank, you won't get admission in top NITs, DTU or NSIT. However, you might make it to lower ranked NITs,IIITs and GFTIs. I would suggest you to use college predictor to have a better view of the options available to you.

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

NSUT is located in Dwarka and it is almost connected to the main city via metro (blue line) . my college is big with a lot of trees and big ground . we have an Amul store near the APJ abdul kalam lecture thereat complex . NSUT have big classrooms which can hold a lot of student strength and labs are equipped . in short campus is big and great

A decent college

College Infrastructure

Labs are good for CS, but core branches labs doesn't live up to the expectation. Theory classes are well equipped with wifi, ac, smartboard, etc. For sports, there are enough grounds for different sports. There is also a gym, but equipments are not that well maintained.

Overall, the campus is good Enough .

College Infrastructure

Talking about infrastructure, especially the smart classes and the apj hall are well maintained with smart boards but the block classrooms are just average as it doesn't have smart boards in it. Including library, gym, sports room, canteen, laboratory everything is pretty good. Although the campus is too big , as it takes a lot of time to go from one place to another.Wifi accessibility is free for each and every student. Their is staff available at every place inside the college for cleaning purpose, so it's neat and clean even inside the restrooms and the canteen.
