Hi ! No you can't have admission in nsit with that sc rank in sc rank category. Not also with general rank category. Being a premier institute it demands high rank on the basis of JEE main rank. So it is not possible. Minimum rank in sc category you must acquire is 20,000. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
