I got 22k rank in jee main and 2.5k ews rank can I get any branch at nsit Delhi and I am from outside Delhi region

hello aspirant,

see as per your rank it is really difficult to get nsit at this score. the cutoff are higher forr outside delhi region students.

however i suggest you to take part in counselling. as cutoff changes year to year.

and as for ews category , this is for the first time ews category has introduced. so we cannot predict anything as we dont have sufficient data regarding this.

During admission at nsit can I show marks of one subject from improvement marksheet and rest from previous year marksheet

Hello,

Your percentage will be calculated from only one marksheet, usually the marksheet of the improvement test is considered. You cannot choose your subject marks from two different marksheets of two different years. Only one year marksheet is valid.

I had not given jee mains exams and got 89.2%in cbse board exams. Can i get direct admission in NSIT for b.tech CSE????

Hi, according to the website of the nsit delhi centralized counselling is done for admission in Nsit, Dtu,Iiit-D and according to the merit college and branch is provided. The merit is based on 12th marks and Jee mains rank 40% 12th marks and 60% jee mains rank. These are the mandatory eligibility for admission. So,i don't think without appearing in jee mains admission is possible. You can give it a try by contacting them contact is given in the official website. Good luck

For admission in Netaji subash institute of technology ,one should have a rank of around 17,000 for CSE branch and for everything else, 80,000 or above would do. These criteria is for the candidates residing in the Delhi region. For non residents of Delhi, 18,000 remained to be the closing ranks. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. With rank of 10741 in sc category , can i get cs or electronics branch in nsit or dtu ( non Delhi) ?

Hello student,
With a rank of around 10,000 in SC category, you can procure a seat in the Netaji subash institute of technology when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing rank for Computer engineering was around 39,000 and electronics and communication engineering was around 49,000 for the non resident candidates of Delhi. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, you have good chances of getting selected there.

Got CRL rank of 136509 and SC catagory rank 5987 (NTA score-87.9608441 & cutoff- 54.0128155) DELHI state quota. Can i get ME/EE in DTU/NSIT?

With a rank of 5,987 in the general category, you can procure a seat in the Netaji subash institute of technology when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing rank for mechanical branch was around 47,000 and around 49,000 in SC category under other state quota. So, you are in the safe zone. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can be sure for a seat in NSIT, even if you reside outside Delhi.

How can I apply for getadmission

hello aspirant,

to get admission in btech couses in netaji subhas institute of technology in delhi, is you need to qualify for jee main exam. and you need to have 75% marks in 10+2 aggregate in (pcm/b)for general/obc, (65% for sc/st).

the counselling will be done by joint admission counselling(jac). you need to register for JAC counselling. follow the below link to know more

College Infrastructure

NSUT is located in Dwarka and it is almost connected to the main city via metro (blue line) . my college is big with a lot of trees and big ground . we have an Amul store near the APJ abdul kalam lecture thereat complex . NSUT have big classrooms which can hold a lot of student strength and labs are equipped . in short campus is big and great

College Infrastructure

Labs are good for CS, but core branches labs doesn't live up to the expectation. Theory classes are well equipped with wifi, ac, smartboard,etc. For sports, there are enough grounds for different sports. There is also a gym, but equipments are not that well maintained.

Overall, the campus is good Enough .

College Infrastructure

Talking about infrastructure, especially the smart classes and the apj hall are well maintained with smart boards but the block classrooms are just average as it doesn't have smart boards in it. Including library, gym, sports room, canteen, laboratory everything is pretty good. Although the campus is too big , as it takes a lot of time to go from one place to another.Wifi accessibility is free for each and every student. Their is staff available at every place inside the college for cleaning purpose, so it's neat and clean even inside the restrooms and the canteen.
