my percentile is 96.81 i can take admission in dtu or nsit i am belonging to ews cat . and out side of delhi

With 96.8 percentile in JEE MAINS, your rank might be somewhere between 24-36k or more or less same.
With that rank, you won't be able to get CS, IT or ECE there but since you belong to EWS category, there are good chances that you might get MAE or ICE during the last rounds or you can try your luck in spot counselling.
