Dtu-2018 ( Del- Gen ) admission closing rank in COE branch is around 9k.

So with this rank, there is a chance that you will get COE.

( assuming general category).

It also depend upon the number of candidates Apply for the cse.

The cutoff marks will vary from the NIT to DTU and also NSIT and other government 

So according to your category i can tell that if you score above 120 marks then your safest to get these college for sure i can guess as of now cutoff

you'll need 200+ as jee main score to get CS branch in DTU and you've to have above 90% in your board examination.

No, NSIT DU and IIIT institutions do not accept KVPY or NTSE ranks and neither they give special privilages if you clear those exams.
