My jee main first shift on 9/1/19 and I get 195 marks can I get cse in nsit or dtu and I am Delhi student

It will be difficult to say because firstly we don't know the exact rank .
It also depend upon the number of candidates Apply for the cse.
And there is one more chance still remaining and rank can differs a lot.
So to be in better position you should try to score more in next attempt . atleast 220 marks . But according to last year cut offs you are near border line.
