Hi dear,

You should mention your rank instead of your marks because DTU takes admission in the basis of JEE main rank.Your 12th percentage is enough for taking admission through DTU or NSIT COLLEGES.

Hope it helps

Hello Abhilash,

No, as far as I am aware the Delhi quota meant for students passing the qualifying examination from a recognized School located within the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi for Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology is still in place and recently there have been no reports of it being removed.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes!

Hey,

congratulations on getting such good percentile. You have high chances of getting in the colleges of your choice as your percentile is good. But nothing can be predicted for now. There is one more session of jee mains exam in april and the total number of students appearing for the exam will change and so will be your ranks. So wait for april for the final lists.

Hello dear,
Candidates should have at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Qualifying exams / 12th from the recognised Centre or State Board.
And your rank should be less than 5000 for out side Delhi student to get good branch and you can get also branch like Biotechnology in rank under 9k.
It you have home state quota then your rank less than 20k then also get admission.
There are vary this data may be.
Thank you.

As per your rank your predicted percentile will be 82.00 . you will unable to get Netaji Subhas Institute of technology, Delhi as per your percentile. You will get college Netaji Subhas Engineering college ,Kolkata.

Hello Mayank,

The stats are of 2018.

For COE/IT, palcements starts with Bain & Co being the first company to come to campus. Over a period of 2 – 3 months, several top companies came and recruited people and as of now (December end, 2018) barring one or two students, everyone in COE and IT who had applied for placements has been placed.

This year, we didn’t see Qualcomm, Intuit, Google, Facebook, Texas Instruments, D.E. Shaw, Arcesium, Amazon, Directi and CodeNation as of yet, but still several companies have come to campus for the placement season.

Some of the people who had interned in Amazon (around 5–6) got PPO, similarly 3 people for Google, 3 in Directi, 1 in CodeNation, 6 in Goldman Sachs, 2–3 in D. E. Shaw, 1 in Arcesium, 4–5 in Intuit etc.

In a nutshell, placements were a mixed bag. Some dream companies didn’t come due to hiring freeze while some dream companies came for the first time. In the overall picture, the entire COE/IT batch has been placed.

This is your score or NTA percentile? It would be difficult to provide you the exact information as this is the first time JEE MAin is being conducted twice by NTA in multiple session. If this is your percentile, With this score the chances are less to get a seat in NSIT Delhi.

I would suggest you to appear again for JEE MAin April session.

Good Luck!

Hello Suhail,

JAC Delhi conducts the counselling for DTU, NSIT ,IIIT-D and IGDTUW every year.

No for PWD there is not only one cut off for all branches cutoff depends upon different categories in the PWD  as well like you're from Delhi or Outsider Delhi or you either belongs to General, SC, ST or OBC .

For different category and sub- category you have different cutoffs and it changes as the subsequent rounds of counselling passes by. It also depends how many candidates has applied within the PWD category for different branches sometimes no one chooses the branch. For further details you can go to

https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jac-delhi/amp

And to know what Branch you'll get depends totally upon you which branch you choose depending upon the rank once the counselling starts and you'll get the information through your account on the JAC counselling.

Hope it will help.

Hi,
See the percentile criteria has not yet released by the NTA so we can not say exactly that what percenyile requirement would be there for DTU. So all the best!

ONE OF THE BEST COLLGE FOR BTECH IN DELHI

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

NSUT is located in Dwarka and it is almost connected to the main city via metro (blue line) . my college is big with a lot of trees and big ground . we have an Amul store near the APJ abdul kalam lecture thereat complex . NSUT have big classrooms which can hold a lot of student strength and labs are equipped . in short campus is big and great

A decent college

College Infrastructure

Labs are good for CS, but core branches labs doesn't live up to the expectation. Theory classes are well equipped with wifi, ac, smartboard, etc. For sports, there are enough grounds for different sports. There is also a gym, but equipments are not that well maintained.

Overall, the campus is good Enough .

College Infrastructure

Talking about infrastructure, especially the smart classes and the apj hall are well maintained with smart boards but the block classrooms are just average as it doesn't have smart boards in it. Including library, gym, sports room, canteen, laboratory everything is pretty good. Although the campus is too big , as it takes a lot of time to go from one place to another.Wifi accessibility is free for each and every student. Their is staff available at every place inside the college for cleaning purpose, so it's neat and clean even inside the restrooms and the canteen.
