The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

150 in JEE mains will land you about 98 percentile as a score. This is an exceptionally good score but however not enough to land a seat in DTU or NSIT. since youre a non-delhite, this is case.

However you can land other NITs with ease so please wait for counselling results and i hope and wish you the very best!

Yes, you will

As you have completed schooling from Delhi, you can use your EWS certificate there. It doesn't matter if issued from other state, as it it just a certificate showing your parents annual income. You will not get any problem for this.

Your PWD category rank would be in the range of 200 - 350. With 88 percentile, you can get various branches in the following reputed institutes :

  • Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSIT) Delhi
  1. Electronics and Communication Engineering
  2. Electrical Engineering
  3. Instrumentation and Control Engineering
  4. Mechanical Engineering
  5. Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering
  • Delhi Technological University
  1. Civil Engineering
  2. Instrumentation and Control Engineering
  3. Mechanical Engineering
  4. Production and Industrial Engineering
  • NIT Surathkal
  1. Chemical Engineering
  2. Mechanical Engineering
  3. Civil Engineering
  4. Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

I have mentioned some of them. To have complete list of all the institutes which you can get based upon your score, you can use the following link :
