Nsut is a well known Tier 1 college, it's infrastructure is well maintained and it's about 150 acres. You will find flower beds from the entrance to main academic building, there are multiple washrooms/water tanks on each floor, you will get free Wifi all over the campus. Hostel's washrooms/rooms are clean and food is hygienic with a different menu each day . There is cricket, football, basketball, volleyball ground for sports facility. You will find a huge library with lot of books to study :D
Course curriculum is upto date ,but facility of teachers is not that good . They have knowledge but lack of teaching skills. Few teachers are very dedicated to their work , they will help you anytime when you need them!
Almost every company that visit IIT DELHI, IIIT DELHI & DTU also visits NSUT DELHI in placement as well as internship season, Almost above 90% Students get placed and the highest international package offered is 1.25 crore and highest domestic is 40LPA. If you are deserving then NSUT will provide you with amazing placements!
Return on investment is outstanding here :D
I am loving my college life till now and adding more memories to it ❤️ referral code option is not working , my referral Code is : PIYUS988135
The college has a fairly sound infrastructure with campus spreading over an area of 150 acres. The classrooms are well-maintained with smart boards which are efficiently functional. The campus has various admin blocks segregated course-wise with RTI cell, placement cell and a huge auditorium. The WiFi facility is available in the college with a proper connectivity and the canteen has hygienic food. The sports facilities are limited but there is a yoga and meditation center and gym facility.
I am pursuing CS from NSUT which has been a nice experience so far. The teachers are highly qualified and experienced. We have classes in laboratories to encourage the practical application of any subject The curriculum is updated till date with all the necessary updations which commensurate the current advancements. The internal processes are creative and emphasize on research-oriented projects. There is no attendance issue in the college.
The placements have not been up-to the mark. There is an active placement cell looking after the placements and internships in the college, and hence the college is supportive in this respect. The companies visiting the campus offer various roles and are well-established in the market; the average package is around 10k pa. The highest package last year was around 1 lack last year. But the placements are not course independent and biased towards some courses like CS.
My annual tuition fee was around two lacs p.a, which is definitely not a reasonable amount whatsoever. But, personally, the college ensures provision of basic amenities, and placements on the top of that(except some courses who do not have companies visiting the campus matching their roles) makes NSUT worth a shot.
The campus is located at a very developed place named Dwarka which has hordes of places to hang out. The support staff is not amiable but the teachers are really cooperative. There is a medical room for handling the emergencies. The college has various societies for students to engage in activities like dance, music and theater. There are some educational societies also making NSUT a worthwhile experience.
Moksha is the cultural annual fest of NSUT which is a big event conducted in every even semester. Innovision is the technical fest which has a huge participation from various colleges. NSUT, apart from a limitation in placements, and that too for some courses, is a best place to be.
NSUT is a gigantic campus which spreads around 140 acres. It has various admin blocks which has an RTI cell, SC/ST cell, training center and an auditorium. The sports facilities are well provided considering the top positions secured by college's teams in sports' tournaments especially cricket and basketball. The classrooms are well-built with smart boards;the canteen is accommodating of a large crowd with hygienic food. There is a gymnasium and WiFi facility throughout the campus.
The college has categorized the courses into 3 departments namely core, foundation and elective. The generic elective and open electives are also provided to help students pursue something that is not essentially a part of their course primarily. There is a credit based system followed in the college. The teachers are experienced but the course has not been updated since a few years. Moreover, there is a lack of practical approaches being adopted to make learning innovative.
The placement drive is conducted in the college and more than 100 companies participate in the drive, with some being big market players. The highest package is roughly around a crore, but the average package remains relatively low, wavering between 7-9 lacs p/a. There is an active placement cell which makes the drive a simple process. The campus placements are about 70% which is good, but they are biased towards some popular courses and not inclusive of all.
The tuition fee for a year is around 1 lac, which is relatively reasonable as compared to other private colleges and even the IITs. The hostel accommodation and living expenses might increase a year's expenses to 20k more, but overall NSUT is worth the investment. There are many informative sessions and seminars taking place every now and then, and with successful stalwarts visiting the campus and encouraging students for diverse career options, NSUT makes things worthwhile.
The campus is located at a very developed part of Delhi, and it is near to a metro station which makes its accessibility feasible. There are spacious lawns to hang out with people after the classes. There are various societies offering diverse roles to students to hone their skills in the extra-curricular department like music, drama and dance. The sports is a highlight of NSUT and any individual pursuing sports can get a great platform to excel in his/her respective sport.
Moksha is the cultural fest which is always a big hit every year with a footfall of 20k, and talented artists participate from all the parts of the country. There is also a technical festival known as Innovision which witnesses amazing participation of students from various colleges. Overall, NSUT is a great college and better than a job aspirant.
Nsut has a beautiful landscaped and fully residential complex of around 145 acres. It has various admin blocks comprising RTI cell, ST/SC cell, training and placement cell, and auditorium. Other than these it has medical facilities, power backup, yoga and meditation centre, gym facilities, free internet facility, sports complex, two banks, ATM, post office and many more such facilities.
Soo I am a fourth year student from computer engineering. Their are three types of courses i.e. core, elective and foundation. Elective courses are divided into discipline centric elective, generic elective and open elective. Foundation courses are divided into compulsory foundation and elective foundation. The university has credit based system. The curriculum has not been updated since few years soo it's not that up to date curriculum but what is taught is enough to grab a good placement.
In terms of placement it is equal to few of the IITs. In 2019, 172 companies participated in placement process choosing about 640 students. The highest CTC was 1.25 crore but the average was a bit low around 7.75LPA. It has a placement Percentage of about 90% which is great. The top companies which come to the campus every year are Google, Facebook, microsoft, Amazon, maruti, samsung etc. I myself is placed in samsung with a package of 15 LPA.
The fees structure of nsit is around 1.3LPA. with total being around 7-8 lakhs for four years. And if you are outsider and need a hostel you have to pay around 70k more. I myself being a student of nsit thinks that it is a value for money offer as private institutes and also IITs are costly than this.
A prominent feature of the campus is the vast expense of greenery. The campus is divided into clusters of buildings. The campus contain admin block, post offices, banks and a vast auditorium. The library is situated behind the five main blocks. The campus has five boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. The techers are supportive amd help in placement and other things. Also it is located in dwarka which is a very development area in delhi soo it is very safe in the campus with police always available.
My experience is very good in the university. I have enjoyed my four years well. It also has different societies and organize different fests such as moksha and other. I myself is a member of art society of nsit.
The college has a fairly good infrastructure. We have proper labs, libraries, sports centres and hostels. The classes are well maintained. We have a wifi network in the college premises. Living places , hostels and canteens are all clean and hygenic.
I am studying computer science. Because its my favorite branch and believe me the faculties here are just perfect. The cirriculum is updated. And ya what you will study here makes you job ready as well.
The quality of placements has been a little dull. Lower percent of students were placed. Highest salary package was about 98 lakh from COA branch last time. Average salary offered was about 12lakhs. The placement process is easy . And the college is suppportive.
The fee per year is 2 lakhs. Yes you can get the worth of your money here as the college is very well equipped.
The campus life is good . There are many canteens and stuff like fests amd all. But the administration is not so friendly . However the teachers and students are very friendly amd co-operative. The location of the college is very good and any emergency situation can easily be cured here.
Best place to be.
The infrastructure is very good here. There are good number of laboratories classrooms and many other facilities like sports. Hostels are well maintained. Classes are well maintained and up to date. The living spaces and canteens are very good and offer clean and hygenic food.
The academics are a little average but still are well enough. I am studying ICE. I chose this branch because it was my favorite since a very long time. The quality of teaching is good but in some cases average as well. Curriculum is updated. Yes what we study here makes us job ready.
The placememts are a little poor. Lower number of students get placed here. The highest salary package offered was 96 lakhs. The branch was COE. Average salary offered was 12 lakhs. Yes the placement process was easy . Yes the college was supportive.
The per year fees is 2.15 lakhs and the fee structure changes per year. Yes we are getting good value for money. As the quality of study of good and the infrastructure is well equipped as well and extra activities are good enough.
There are many canteens. But there are some tantrums regarding the campus life in the college. Fests are organised in a very good manner and students can take part in them. Students and faculties are supportive. Administration staffs are not so friendly. Location is good and safe and can handle any emergency situation if required.
This the place good for you if you are an job aspirant.
the entire campus has wifi. there is a central library for all and another library for hostel students. The classes are also airy with projectors. the mess also serves tasty food. the college has many sports facilities and medical facility also.
the academics is good. The teachers have good knowledge in their field. The teachers are always ready to help there students but you have to approach them yourselves. the curriculum is also updated. the teachers also guide us for our career .
90% students get placement from our college. Most of the students also opt for higher studies mainly MBA. the average salary package is about 3LPA and maximum salary package goes upto 30 LPA. Most placements is through cse and it branch.
All the facilities are very good, there is a separate library building with one of the best books collection in Delhi area. The Computer Engineering labs are very well equipped with computers with very fast Wifi Networks. The classrooms are spacious and have good facilities like a whiteboard, projectors, etc. The college Canteen or Student Center has a very well diversified menu and also there are 3 private canteens available on the campus.
I am studying Computer Engineering which is one of the leading fields of age. The quality of teaching is very good. Almost all faculty members are PhD holders and have a very distinctive way of teaching. Teachers have adequate knowledge of their fields. The curriculum has only recently been updated in 2016 including all the important industrial components into the syllabus of students thus giving them important knowledge to help their endeavours i future
The college boasts of one of the best placements in the complete Delhi-NCR region. Around 150-200 companies visit each year for internships and placements. For branches like COE and IT, the college has a 100% placement record from the very beginning. HIghest packages offered were 1.2 - 1.5 crores by Google and Microsoft. Overseas placements also take place with very impressive packages. The average package of all the branches is around 12-13 LPA while average of COE and IT branches is near 15-16
The fees for all the courses vary according to your year. For first year it is around 1,75,000 with a 10% increase in every following year. But the fees is worth every penny due to amazing placements and the facilities provided by the college.
The overall campus life in NSUT Delhi is good. Every year two fests are organised. Moksha the cultural fest which has a footfall of 20,000+ every year and have some amazing artists from all over the globe. and Innovision the technical fest in October which gets a very impressive participation from teams all over the country. The location of campus is very good being in the civilised Dwarka region and having proximity to Metro station.
Netaji Subhash University of Technology has a moderate level of infrastructure , because of its campus size it has a campus which is OK but not as good as other colleges in delhi. It has all required things but only required not so much.
Netaji Subhash University of technology is one of the best state universities in India it has very high stage of academics students from this college make their shining future due its pretty good education.
Netaji Subhash University of Technology has a vey good placement records , in accordance to my knowledge , it has an average placement of 12LPA which is pretty good. and not only for computer oriented branches other branch students also get good placements there.
As Netaji Subhash University of Technology is a government institution , its fee structure is not so high so your money is completely valued for this.
Dear Aspirant,
If you fall under the cutoff mentioned by the university then you are absolutely eligible for cs engineering in NSIT or DTU. But as the CS engineering is highly demanded course by many applicants it gets difficult to grab a seat due to limited seats. You should definitely apply in both of these colleges as both the colleges are highly ranked and you have higher chances to get in as you fall under the cutoff mentioned.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well!
See if you get an offer from NSIT, then you can just reject or ignore that offer and can just sit in the next round of counselling. You dont need to go for document verification if you are not interested to take a seat offered by the NSIT.
You can also predict your chances of admission in colleges through JOSAA counselling using our JEE College Predictor Tool. Kindly visit the link given below to predict colleges:

Hope this will help.
Dear Yogesh,
As you mentioned you don’t really have interest in mechanical so you should definitely go for CSE in any institute you mentioned. Remember, you can achieve only when you believe and have passion in what you do. NIT BHOPAL seems to have a very impressive rating based on student’s reviews. According to them, It's amazing. Your four years will have been worthwhile. Excellent in terms of placement. Many renowned MNCs frequently visit MANIT. In truth, you don't have to work very hard to acquire advice here. The class notes will help you manage. As a result, you can spend time practising competitive programming. Use different online platforms. You will find a wonderful competitive culture for coding because we have programming clubs and sites as well. The campus itself is quite beautiful.
So ,there are a few basic requirements in general if you want to establish a business.
1. A notion (it may or may not be a new one).
2. A group to carry it out
(Again, what matters is how well the team works together and how well everyone understands one another; it is not required for everyone to have perfect talents.)
3. Carrying out.
Now, as a CSE student when you graduate you have plenty of opportunities or well paying jobs that attracts you, and this experience is also necessary since one must know how a company operates before opening his or her own. (This needs to be well planned, laid out, and every possibility must be thought of.)
Another option is to pursue a PhD before starting a business. Since a PhD is intended for researchers, many people view this as an ambiguous decision. But the benefit in this situation is that if you conduct research and approach it with the intention of creating a product at the end, you spend five years developing it, and you end up with something that is incredibly original and has never been done (Point 1 Unique Idea).
If you have the three things I listed earlier, starting a business isn't that difficult, and having experience on your side never hurts. Because of this, most people prefer to get a job before starting one, though some choose to do so right after receiving their bachelor's degree in technology. Additionally, the tendency is shifting; more students—including CSE students—are choosing to work with startups as they become more prevalent.
Hope this helps you.
All the best.
