the infrastructure of the college is very good . it is around 141 acres situated in the center of delhi (dwarka) , college premises are very clean. facilities like canteen are available 24*7 in the college . facilities regarding clasrooms and hostels are on the top every class room in having their on ac vent which is very favourable for the students .
i am pursuing my computer engineering cause i love coding and nsut is the best place to do coding . the coding environment is very good and teachers are very supportive , and every one doesnt matter what is your branch is doing coding
placement cell of nsut is very good. every student studying in nsut will get a job after they complete their btech degree . best placements are offered by nsut specially concerning coe or computer related branches .
it cost around 3 lakhs per year for the college including all the expenses, regarding traveling , food etc and as there are a multiple opportunities in the college for grasping money and learning new technology i guess its is more than value for money.
college conduct fest , tech fests , cultural fest like innoreso and moksh students enjoy this very much and campus life is very good .
best college in delhi for coding .
The infrastructure of NSIT is quite good but lacks some of the basic amenities like A.C. in only 50 percent of their clssrooms and labs. There are only 4 cafeterias and 1 canteen which is unable to fulfill the requirements of all the students because during the lunch period, you will hardly get any seat there! Construction is going on but construction process is quite slow! Overall, an average experience.
Student quality ( peer group) in this college is pretty good. NSUT has a decent coding Environment too. The college provides opportunity to almost everyone to learn programming in the college. The curriculum of NSIT was not good but after becoming NSUT , the curriculum has been updated and upgraded but the updated syllabus is not available to us yet. Also, the quality of teaching is quite average and 50% professors are not much interested in teaching, nobody wants to attend their boring classes.
The placement and placement percentage of this college is something which makes this college very popular. The average package of computer related streams is around 15-19 Lakhs per annum. The average package of ECE is around 12L p.a. whereas for core branches likeICE, Mechanical, MPAE, and BT, the average is around 6.5 -7.5 L.p.a. The median salary offered including all the branches is around 11 Lakhs per annum. The placements are just lovely/awesome especially for tech branches.
The infrastructure of the college is very good. The entire campus is wi-fi enabled and 3 floor library. College is spread in 147 acres of land. We also have a separate canteen, gym and complex sports.
The course curriculum is good and we have options of a choice based credit system. We have the choice to select our subject. The teachers are very helpful and well qualified. The course is relevant with respect to the industry.
Placements in our college are very good as more than 150 companies visit the campus for recruitment. The packages offered by the companies are really good. Startup companies came to hire students with good salary.
I had to pay 7lakh in 4 years for completing my Bachelor in engineering degree in electronics and communications. It is worth it as the college has great placements with amazing infrastructure which provides lots of facilities.
Campus life is good. Teachers are supportive and everyone is there are always ready to help you. We have 2 biggest fests in college and there are so many societies. So that anyone can choose their skill and also enhance their personality along with their studies.
Yes my college have 150 acre of campus , Sperate blocks for each department and have 3 canteens and greeny is good enough to melt your heart and there is student centre and student activity centre with lot of games and ofcourse there is a gym too.
I am studying electrical engineering , to get specialised in this field and get placed in a core company with a decent package. Quality of teaching is okay okay , teachers are friendly but really strict with the attendance.
I think the quality of placement is quite good, the starting package starts from 8 lakh per annum and it is majorly placement in technical companies and students with coding skills can get placed and students are also placed in core company.
1,95,000 per year which is increasing every year and I think it's quite more for a government college, it should be lower because facilities are not that costly and fees is quite a high but as placements and rating is good ,I think one should not miss it!
College has a very beautiful campus .. Infrastructure is also good ... Management is bit strict in the college ... Lots of restrictions are there for first year hostel students. U can have a good college life but sometimes it sucks (college life ).
Yehhh. We have one of the most updated curriculum and it includes all sort of development. College has good proffesor .. COE and ECE branches of college are preferred over many IIT'S . I am from electrical branch which is newly added ..
College has great placement record in past... Many students also go for higher studies . Many tech companies come for placement here ... If u do coding then u can easily sit for placement . There is good coding environment for students
Fees is too high as compared to other government college . Number of facilities which we are getting can also be improved as it lacks when we compare it with fees .
Good campus ... U can enjoy greenary if u stay in campus .. Nearby campus there are malls .. so u can go out and chill.
The college has all necessary infrastructure that is required in the college for the easy facilitation and management of studies for the students. All the classrooms, laboratories, etc are very nicely maintained and being cleaned. Our college has wifi facility, smart boards, etc that is helpful in studies.
The academics part is the best as we can see from the college name and existing knowledge among the society. I have personally witnessed that our college provides good education for students with nice quality of teaching and the latest developments in the education sector is also covered.
Placements in the college are completely dependent upon the talent and knowledge that one possess and therefore to get placed you must be having sufficient talent and knowledge that industry needs and then only you can get placed.
The fees charged and overall expenditure in the college is valuable as it is part of government university.
Life in the college is great and we can see and learn new things that is there in society with the help of teachers and other students.
NSIT(now NSUT) has really good infrastructure. It has four boys hostel and two girls hostel. Most of the rooms in boys hostel have single occupancy. Hostels have bandminton court, table tennis and amazing wifi. The campus has a football ground, cricket pitch, volleyball court, tennis court and a basketball court. The classrooms are well equipped some have A/C’s also. Overall its really environment friendly and clean campus.
Since I am studying Electronics and Communication I can very well talk about its faculty. Faculty is not very good not very bad. It is decent to say the least but thats the case with every government college. The curriculum is well updated and helps during placements.
Placement is what defines NSIT. The placement cell of NSIT is amazing but only for tech companies. Core companies do not visit the campus much. For Cse/IT/ECE you have some top multinational companies visiting the campus for internship and placements. You also have Texas and Instrument for core ECE students. Companies like amazon, microsoft, google, etc visit the campus regularly.
The fees is increasing every year so I can’t give you the exact amount but also if its getting so many opportunities to you on campus during placements I think it is worth it. You can also get some scholarships
Campus life is great. Its amazing for people in hostel but not so much for day scholars. The location of NSIT is the best since it has Airport 30 minutes from the college. Metro is at walking distance which is really great in a city like delhi.
yes we have all the necessary infrastructure , facilities and equipment like gym, library with mostly all the books you will need in your studies , wi-fi campus with speed of over 100mbps , student activity center where we students love to spend most of the free time, canteens with lots of varieties of snacks and food , a large playground of individual sports such as cricket , volleyball , basketball, football , lawn tennis , kabaddi , and medical center etc. Clean living spaces and washrooms .
I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in Biotechnology , the quality of teaching is quite excellent and my curriculum is updated recently and it includes all the recent developments which a child needs . Our recently designed course has been designed keeping in mind the modern technology and the upcoming needs and trends which we will be using in coming future because of this our job has become quite easy and we are job-ready .
Placement has been the most important factor of choosing any college and in this field our college is way ahead and compete with the top engineering institutions of the country such as top IITs, top NITs, DTU , BITS and other top colleges. Almost 90% of the students who sit for college placements get placed to different companies and the highest package offered was around 1.5 crore to a student studying in IT branch. Average salary of our college hangs roughly around 11-15 lacs per annum .
Our college fees is 1.66 lacs for the first year and it might change for other years . Yes totally , there are a lot of reasons of this , studying in a top college of the country you get a lot of benefits which you will notable to evaluate , main reasons are our college culture , coding environment , alumni network , all round growth as a human being, personality development , and most important are the life lessons you will learn in these college years which will benefit you in coming future .
I can definitely say that our college campus includes all the basic and the important facilities and the equipments . As we have our own gym, library ,medical centre ,playground , music room , yoga room , canteens ,etc. . All the students , teachers and support staffs are very supportive an helpful and I did not hink that senior and all other students will be so helpful .Most important factor is our location we are residing at the heart of the city where we have all useful places with in 1 km
overall it will be a great experience , you will enjoy a lot and with all of these you will gain a lot of skills and it will eventually come to be a great learning curve for all of you .
College infrastructure is good. We have air conditioner, wifi, smartboards in our classroom but the laboratory didn't have the new machines. But since in 2019 it became a university so they are working on it.
So the syllabus is that which is given by AICTE to all government colleges and it is a government college. We are learning the old concepts which are in so called syllabus of engineering. We have to study for job
The placement record of netaji subhash university of technology is awesome. This is the main reason of many students to join NSUT if we talk about computer and it branch than the have a record of 100% placement.
So it cost around 7,81,000 for a four year btech course if you are a hostler than a additional amount of 45000 have to pay per semester as hostel and mess fee. It is totally worth to spend this money beacause atlast placement matters. And this college has a awesome placement record.
Colleges campus is full of greenery ( many people say that 80% oxygen of delhi is from NSUT (ps this is a joke) ) . There are many socities for co-curricular activities . Everyone is supportive except admin and they also have their own little hospital.
So this is second best college for b tech after IIT D in delhi . Everything is good except admin where the laziest person of this world works. Number of canteen are less . There is no student union in this college so what admin think they do it there is no one to question them
The University has an excellently planned infrastructure. WiFi facility is provided everywhere on the campus, so internet is no problem. Classrooms are well-planned with proper ventilation. Labs have all the required instruments, but not all instruments are advanced and up-to-date. There is a Student Activity Center having all indoor and outdoor game equipments. All four boy's hostels and a girl hostel are hygienic and have WiFi facility. Water supply is regular. Food is not the best, but clean.
Number of professors and teachers is adequate. Teachers are knowledgeable, but not the best at teaching, so students end up covering most of the topics by themselves. Curriculum is up-to-date, and the stuff taught is useful for jobs and placements. Practicals are focused as much as theory. Peer and seniors are great and motivational. Everybody around you is ready to help and guide. There is strictness on attendance and discipline, which is a good thing for students.
This is what NSUT is much known for. Ebery year the University boasts of atleast one package above a crore. On few years there were several packages above a crore. There is around 150% placements. And for COE and IT students, it is above 200%. So is the case with internships. Students are highly talented and crack many dream company interviews. Average package goes above 15 lpa. Administration is very active in this matter. College has good reach and relations with tech companies.
The B.Tech course costs around 2lpa, excluding hostel fee. Considering every college has raised their fee significantly in recent times, this high fees is explainable. The facilities , instruments and opportunities provided do balance the amount of fee paid. I feel like I got my money's worth because other than on-campus facilities, the college and society keep arranging various events which are costly but are really helpful and inspirational.
Campus life is simply awesome. The campus is very beautiful and it's a delight to roam around in it. It has a nature friendly theme, with different kinds of trees and bordered with beautiful flowers. The campus is full of various birds flying around, but specially known for many peacocks spotted here and there. There is a fountain in the middle of the academic buildings. It is located in the prime location of dwarka, surrounded by all facilities. Seniors and teachers are supportive and helpful.
The college is well-known for it's tech placements, but not much for research opportunities. You can be sure to meet top rankers throughout the country studying alongside you. And the campus life is amazing, with over 60 societies to join. The academics and teachers are not the best, as is the case with most of the government engineering colleges in India.
Dear Aspirant,
If you fall under the cutoff mentioned by the university then you are absolutely eligible for cs engineering in NSIT or DTU. But as the CS engineering is highly demanded course by many applicants it gets difficult to grab a seat due to limited seats. You should definitely apply in both of these colleges as both the colleges are highly ranked and you have higher chances to get in as you fall under the cutoff mentioned.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well!
See if you get an offer from NSIT, then you can just reject or ignore that offer and can just sit in the next round of counselling. You dont need to go for document verification if you are not interested to take a seat offered by the NSIT.
You can also predict your chances of admission in colleges through JOSAA counselling using our JEE College Predictor Tool. Kindly visit the link given below to predict colleges:

Hope this will help.
Dear Yogesh,
As you mentioned you don’t really have interest in mechanical so you should definitely go for CSE in any institute you mentioned. Remember, you can achieve only when you believe and have passion in what you do. NIT BHOPAL seems to have a very impressive rating based on student’s reviews. According to them, It's amazing. Your four years will have been worthwhile. Excellent in terms of placement. Many renowned MNCs frequently visit MANIT. In truth, you don't have to work very hard to acquire advice here. The class notes will help you manage. As a result, you can spend time practising competitive programming. Use different online platforms. You will find a wonderful competitive culture for coding because we have programming clubs and sites as well. The campus itself is quite beautiful.
So ,there are a few basic requirements in general if you want to establish a business.
1. A notion (it may or may not be a new one).
2. A group to carry it out
(Again, what matters is how well the team works together and how well everyone understands one another; it is not required for everyone to have perfect talents.)
3. Carrying out.
Now, as a CSE student when you graduate you have plenty of opportunities or well paying jobs that attracts you, and this experience is also necessary since one must know how a company operates before opening his or her own. (This needs to be well planned, laid out, and every possibility must be thought of.)
Another option is to pursue a PhD before starting a business. Since a PhD is intended for researchers, many people view this as an ambiguous decision. But the benefit in this situation is that if you conduct research and approach it with the intention of creating a product at the end, you spend five years developing it, and you end up with something that is incredibly original and has never been done (Point 1 Unique Idea).
If you have the three things I listed earlier, starting a business isn't that difficult, and having experience on your side never hurts. Because of this, most people prefer to get a job before starting one, though some choose to do so right after receiving their bachelor's degree in technology. Additionally, the tendency is shifting; more students—including CSE students—are choosing to work with startups as they become more prevalent.
Hope this helps you.
All the best.
