As per my knowledge it takes admission either through Kea cet or through comedk.

To grab a seat in any branch in comedk you rank should be within 50k in comedk exam

Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech/B.E programmes, need to appear and qualify CET or COMEDK. Based on the marks scored by candidates in COMEDK, candidates have to register themselves for COMEDK counselling. Bangalore Institute of Technology was established in August, 1979 under Vokkaligara Sangha, Bangalore. BIT Bangalore is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi.

Bangalore Institute of Technology has a very prestigious Telecommunication Engineering Department which provides Engineering and Telecommunication engineering course at bachelor level. To be eligible, apart from the JEE exams, you need to have an average of 45% in your Physics Chemistry and Maths.

It depends on your interest mainly. You should choose branch according to your interest. However going by the trends, Electronics or computer science is better for placements. While if we compare these two colleges, surely MS ramaiha institute of technology is better in term of reputation and placement. Final decision must be yours according to your strengths and preferences.

Hello student. First is, ece and civil are two different branches. Like the opposite ways. First rightly choose what you like and what you prefer. Ece is totally that deals with physics, electricals etc. And when it comes to civil, it's totally of a different area with construction etc. So choose the one which you like.

But if in terms of placements and everything out of these two colleges. Bangalore institute of technology is really good.

Infrastructure and college life:

It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. This is really a very good institute due to it's infrastructure, faculties and placement details. Here I am describing about the details about it:

Infrastructure:

The department has the full Wi-Fi facility. There is also the digital library available. So many digital courses like NPTEL is available here. The labs are in very well condition with it's up to dated lab metirials. Classrooms are having projectors. The college is having Kabaddi and Cricket is held here.

Faculty:

The teachers are very well educated and helpful for the students. They always try to teach the students in a simple way. They make interest for the students in a very good way. They make ready students for the industry related jobs.

Placement:

Almost 80% students get placed in various companies. The highest salary package offered here was INR 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered here is INR 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered here is INR 5 LPA.

I hope you are doing well, bhot the branches are pretty good but it mostly depends on your interest like which makes you more excited cars or computers, if you finds both are neutral for you than it would better than you can go for ECE because with the future is completely dependent on technology. If you have immense interest in cars, only than persuing mechanical is worth or else go for ECE. Both have high career opportunities but after pandemic there is rise in technology sector, it's also necessary to keep in mind that ECE is slightly tough compared to ECE but high career opportunities.
