The best college for CSE course among these two would be MVIT as the cutoff for MVIT is less compared to NIE and SIT which suggests that there would be better students in that college and thus you would get a better environment to study. Also, the placement record of MVIT is a little better than NIE as it is located in Bengaluru city and thus more companies visit there for placements.

The course fee at Bangalore Institute of Technology for computer science engineering course is around Rs. 58,806 per year. The total fee for 4 years B.E course would be around INR 235,224 . The the hostel fee is about 6-8k each month.

There are few scholarship avaialble for SC students belonging to low income group.

For 48 marks , your rank is going to be around 35,500-43,500. There are 120 colleges participating in Comedk and every year the cut off varies. Also since I don't know what exact rank you would be getting so it is difficult to tell which colleges you might get.

For BIT Bangalore the minimum cut off goes for SC which is around 24,223.  In different years the cut off has varied alot as for people from Hyderabad and Karnataka region in 2017 cut off went for 24,949 and in 2018 it went till 40,300. So you might have a chance of getting in BIT Bangalore, but chances are low so should try for other colleges.

I would like to tell you that the jharkhand state open school is valid to apply for BIT Bangalore undergraduate admission courses. As this was formed with the aim to provide education through distance learning programme for those who are not able to attend school due to any reason. And it is recognized under the govt. of Jharkhand and it's degree is accepted by the MHORD.
