BIT Meerut Facilities

BIT Meerut facilities include multimedia and computer laboratories which are equipped with highly sophisticated modern equipment. Departmentally based labs. A central library that ensures students not only get access to relevant course books, journal and reference material but also reading material that increases knowledge for an overall development of personality. The BIT Meerut library has over one lakh books in the various fields of engineering and technology, management, pharmacy, computer applications, general sciences and more. It subscribes to more than 150 National and International journals and also provides e-library facilities.

BIT Meerut facilities offer separate girls and boys hostels with accommodation capacity of 350 and 500 students respectively. The rooms are well ventilated and well maintained, and come with basic facilities. The hostels have a visitors room, common room with adequate entertainment and recreational facilities.the campus has 4 seminar halls which provide a platform for the co-curricular and placement activities. An ATM facility is available in the campus.

BIT Meerut facilities also include a spacious and clean canteen that caters to all the students. The institute has a dedicated fleet of buses to provide transport facilities to the students. The buses ply at various routes from all the parts of Meerut and students avail the facility to safely commute from their residence. The institute provides round the clock medical support with its own ambulance and a medical care person.

Boys Hostel
Hostel life provides opportunities to the student to learn life skills such as independence of decision, teamwork, it has 500 capacity of boys hostel. The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
Hostel life provides opportunities to the student to learn life skills such as independence of decision, teamwork, 350 capacity of girls hostel The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The institute provides round-the-clock medical support with its own ambulance and has a doctor to take care of students well being. The college has a health care center with a first and facility for the students.
Library
The college campus With more than one lakh books in the Library, a rich collection of multimedia titles, access to reputed e-Journals, and the National Digital Library, our commitment is strengthened to meet the needs of students by enhancing their knowledge and personality.
Sports
The college has sports facilities for all the students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The institute has a spacious and clean canteen that caters to the taste of all students. The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for all the events and seminars.
Laboratories
The institute has a four seminar hall which provides a platform for Co-curricular activities, placement, and all-around development of the student. The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

College Infrastructure

Indoor and outdoor games facility is available. Projectors are available in the classrooms, facilitating easy interactive sessions. The hostel infrastructure also is satisfactory, with clean rooms, proper maintenance, and nutritious food.

The placement need some improvement.

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is okay. We do have access to Wi-FI, functional computer labs and a decent library that supports technical studies. However, hostel facilities need a lot of improvement, rooms are basic and the food is below expectations.

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is so good. There's a clean cafeteria with decent food options and a good place to hang out between classes. Wi-Fi is decent but gets slow when the usage is high. The campus is well-guarded and has dedicated spaces for sports.

According to the previous year cut-off the closing rank in BIET varies from 50k to 75k including 2 rounds of counselling for BC-B category female students.

i am persuing b tech from bharat institute of technology Meerut. I am second year student but I am very curious about that what should I do after 4th year. please help me to clear my vision that I go for further studies like m tech or Ms aur weather I go for job.

It depends upon various factors like, the Financial Condition, Branch of your's, your current CGPA, Country which you want to go and the relation of that Country with our's in near future.

If you can finish your Engineering with 8.5+ or 9+ cgpa then you can apply to various Universities abroad for your MS. You can apply in Germany(Mech or EE or EC). For that you will have appear in TOEFL and IELTS and depending upon the requirement of that particular universities you will have to apply. Just keep 2 LOR's with you and Solid LOR's.

If you want to stay in India then it is totally fine. Start your preparation from today only for GATE or IES as you still have 2 more years in your kitty.
