College infrastructure is up-to the mark. A centre of excellence has been established for the students such that they can sharpen their technological skills better. There are various laboratories for the students to learn the subject related concepts broadly.

The curriculum has been revised over the past few years. Research projects in the streams are greatly applauded. The subjects taught are related to the recent industrial demands. Practical based learning is given utmost priority.

The average package ranges from 5-6 LPA. Most of the private firms come for campus placements. However, a major portion of the candidates are indulged in various competitive exams such as GATE, CAT, etc.

The college can be ranked well in terms of return on investment.

Campus life is interesting for the students. They get an opportunity to learn and enhance their skills by the assistance of student societies deployed in the institute.

Overall, the college has a strong network of its Alumnus across the globe. Students those who are interested in various research projects can opt for masters after their engineering from the college. They get a chance to showcase their technical ideas on a bigger level.

The college has a central library, 24*7 medical facilities, separate sports ground for each sport. AC classrooms are available with a capacity of 200 students. Some hostels are old, but some are new. The campus will be Wi-Fi enabled in the next 2 months.

Academics are good and updated. I am studying electrical engineering because of my interest in electrical stuffs. I would like to suggest that this college is one of the best college for electrical and mechanical engineering in India. One should pursue these branches as they have the best labs and faculty facilities here at BIT sindri.

40% of the total strength in the electrical got placed in the campus placements. Only 60% of the students applied for it, and the rest went for higher studies or civil services. The average package offered is 8 lacs per annum. Internships offered in the core companies were less, around 10% of the students got those. Rest of them got non-core internships, through contacts or LinkedIn.

Our course only costs upto 25000 per year. It's totally value for money. All the facilities here are quite impressive. We have coe advanced siemens labs funded by jharkhand government which is another pro point for us.

Campus Life is very good at BIT sindri. Students have various opportunities to get themselves involved in club activites. Location is totally safe and can handle each type of emergency conditions.

There are many events occurring throughout the year like technical fests and cultural fests that are quite impressive and innovative here at bit sindri. The technical fest sandhaan is one of the most outstanding event of this college.

Infrastructure is coming up good in the recent years, Still 450 acre campus , Excellent departments are there.College lacks in modern laboratories, wifi ,sports centre.Still one of best and reputed college of India.

The Academics of the college is average. The curriculum and the syllabus of the various departments are widely covered.The college is affiliated to Jharkhand Technical University.Good number of research papers are also carried out.

Placements of the College is quite Average and a area of improvement. Though number of placements each year is increasing recently ,the average package is around 5lpa.Many companies visits the college during campus placements.

One of the best college in terms of Return of Investment.Since it is a state funded college the fee structure is very less as compared to other engineering colleges across country.Therefore a good college to enter into.

By college life you may mean the 4 years of BIT life.Wonderful campus with greenery all around,almost no ragging in campus,a free environment which any student will like to be in and excel in the life.

Yes, our college have all necessary equipment, infrastructure and facilities. Our class room is well equipped with smart board and projectors for Smart study. We have all latest equipment which is related to our branch though their maintenance is not good. College provides a good facility of library and sport center. The hostels were also in good condition.

Curriculum is update and new as per AICTE guidelines but the all faculty were not good. But most of them were good and experienced ones. They have good knowledge about their respective cource. From my point of view it makes you job ready.

The placement scenario is not good in this college. The number of student placed were very low. But the companies which are coming here for placement were core company of their respective branches. Highest salary is 10 lakh given by tatasteel last year of mechanical branch. Average sala is about 2-3 lakh per year. College is quite supportive in placement and process is standard as followed by any other college.

If you are including everything from your hostel mess fees to your college fees to your monthly pocket money and everything it cost you around 60-70k. And I feel that i am not wasting my money here what I pay here I get.

College campus is not so good as in IITs and NITs but college campus is good. Students can engage in many activities their. There are many clubs related to various events you can join them and can enhance your personality. Teachers and staffs were normal but not supportive in nature. The college is about 20 km away from a good well developed city so for watching a movie you have to travel 20 km up and then 20 km down. The area in which college is located is not well developed.

Yes it has good infrastructure, classes and laboratory are well equipped ,well maintained hostels ,food quality are good . Lap are well maintained ,there is a common ground for sports facilities ,a basketball court is also there .

It is one of the best state engineering college. curriculum is little bit hectic ,but as per job point of view it is quite sufficient. Classes are taken in regular basis ,smart classes are also present.

Placement is not up to mark ,some branches have good placement record while other has very poor record . Average salary is 3-4lpa while highest package goes up to 10-12 lpa. This college also give good results in GATE & CAT .

This college is best for return on investment ,it cost only Rs 20000 per year for academic purposes ,while other expenses like hostel facility is quite similar with other engineering colleges

It have campus area of 400 acres ,full of greenery. There is good relationship between the professor and students , College has its own medical facilities with 24×7 ambulance facility .

It has been 3 year ,I am pursuing my btech in this college ,it has given a lot of memories for life time .

It is indeed a parallel universe as we all say here. The best part about the college is the return for investment is huge but as you know for every thing you have to pay a price! so if you have a hmble background a nd you are from Jharkhand then this is the college you were looking for.

I ll try to be as honest as possible.academics is all about how serious you are about your career. no one is going to help if you don't help yourself. since the exam are not scheduled on ti,e neither the results are genuine.

Fair in this competitive world. the institute reaps the benefit of its legend in the engineering field. the placement stats are okay for most of the branches with a average package of about 4.5L and as high as 10.1L.

in 2.5L you would completing your degree . Isnt it amazing (all fees included)

The BIT Sindri campus is really well designed, it is a sprawling campus of around 500 acres area. The classrooms are well equipped and have smart classes. We had good laboratories with all the necessary equipment. There are a number of hostels which have the capacity to house all the students of the college. We also have nice fields for playing sports.

The professors of this college are really good and scholars in their respective fields. However, the college follows the university syllabus which seems a little outdated and not fully in line with the current industry trends.

The college provides good placements to the CSE and IT departments. Core students also get placed in good countries, however the placement percentage isn't as high as that of CSE and It departments. But this doesn't matter much as at the end almost all students end up with really good jobs

The college does provide really good value for money. The semester fee is not very high and moreover there are many active scholarship schemes which the students can avail. The hostel fee is also very nominal. Even though the college fee is pretty low, the doesn't fail to provide all the facilities to its students.

The campus life is also really good. A multitude of events are organised from time to time which provide a platform for students to showcase their talents. There are a number of clubs in which the students can enroll themselves. The tech fest is one of the best memory of this college that you will definitely cherish.

Overall it is a really good college which can further be testified by the fact that it was built with the motive to be converted into an IIT. We have a really strong alumni base who are working all over India and around the globe in really good and well paying positions which is testimony of the greatness of this college.

All the important things are present over here. Though the infra in not very good but one thing is pretty sure that the upcoming batch will experience a very good infra coz a lot of thing are under construction. Wifi support is not there but smart boards are present in each classroom and the classroom are very big . One class can hold about a total of 150 students. But in one class maximum 80 are present. Classroom is very clean and hygienic. Hostel life is just fab with all the facilities .

I got civil engg in jceceb combined counselling. It's a good branch and has lot of scope in future. Here in this collage you will get a lot of time to prepare for gate , psu and other exams. Professor are very knowledgeable here.

Placement is decent and many students were placed with a very good package. Considering my branch , most of the students went for higher studies and psu exam and some were placed too. But the other core branches are very good.

What else do you want in 10000 rupees per year as a fee for gen category.

Campus life is fab and you will never miss home.

All the necessary infrastructure available in the college.The classroom is well furnished and equipped with smart classes.The hostel facility is very good and is a value for money.All the required books are available in Central library.Canteens,medical facilities all are available inside campus.So there is no problem with infrastructure here.

Currently it follows latest pattern of syllabus in all branches.And it mostly focusses on job orientation study.Professors are highly qualified and help you in whatever possible way they can .So academic wise it is up to the mark .

Placement is about 50%.But it is not same for all branches.Some branches perform very well while others has poor placement record.However opportunities come in college in form of some renowned companies like Tata steel,TCS,Adani,Jindal,etc.So there is ample of opportunities to take advantage of.

The college fee is very low.It costs you about 25k per year including hostel fee.So this college is value for your money.In less fee it will give you all the sufficient facilities.

It is awesome.Far away from city and pollution.You will get to meet some good person of your life here.You will get adequate things nearby the college.But there is no huge market or theater there.So you will save a lot of your pocket money.

If you are left with choice of choosing between private college and BIT.Then close your eyes and take admission here.This is best in this case.

Yes the college BIT Sindri's Mining department is having the smart boards installed this year only. The wifi is not available in the department for student's use. It is for the department professors. The departments are cleaned daily and are hygienic. The library is having a collection of lot of books. The sports ground is large and there are many sports gear.

I am studying Mining engineering as the area is rich in coal. This branch is crucial for the energy resources industry. The teachers are experienced and the Notes are given through online sources like Google classroom also. The curriculum is updated each year so this makes us ready for the placements.

The placements fluctuates. But the placement has been average each year. New companies are too coming. About 35% students got placed this year. The highest package was 7.5 lacs given by vedanta. The average salary for mining engineering students is 5 lacs. This year TATA came for taking PPO for mining department.

The college fee and student fee are given annually which total costs 17 thousands, The mess fee is 3 thousands per month. Electricity fee per year is 2 Thousands and Hostel fee is 5 Thousand per year. Yes the money is getting completely worth.

The college campus is good and has many trees within it. Within college campus sports ground and gym are available. The students and teachers are very supportive and the location is safe. Yes it can handle emergencies.
