As there is not much difference between your rank and the cutoff rank for BIET,  we can expect this much fall in cutoff in second round.  But this is something we can not be sure about,  as it depends upon the number of seats filled in the first round.

Overall scenario of placements for any chemical engineering is not that good compared to other branches. This college is not that great. I don't think placements will be that good.

JSS Noida is the best college as per placements, aftr that comes IET Lucknow and the rest.
