You will called for counselling by your general rank. Their are fixed number of seats for obc category students. So, your category rank will be asked after you have been called by general rank, then the seat will be given according to your category rank.

As per your rank in UPSEE, you eligible to get admission in all of these colleges, BIET,IET and KNIT. The cut off rank of these colleges are as follows:

*Institute of Engineering & Technology- (1615-3273)

*Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology- (4528-18248)

*Bundelkhand Institute Of Engineering & Technology- (5438-9787)

Based on your rank you are not elligible for good government colleges. Sorry!

You can try in private colleges this will be good than any low catagory government colleges.

Since you are from SC category, you have good chances of getting a seat in KNIT and BIET.

But it is hard to get top branches, since the reserved seats are limited in number.

With 545 Gen rank you have slim chances of getting IET, Lucknow. You should try for BIET, MMMIT, AKG, JSS, GALGOTIAS. 

You can get BIET or MMMIT easily over IET.

the opening rank for round 3 in mechanical branch is 534 while the closing rank for mechanical in round 4 is 1993. thus you have a better chances of admissions into the IET lucknow

for BIET jhansi, the opening rank in mechanical branch is 2918 and the
