My TNEA Cut off is 188.25 (BC), JEE Main Mark is 55, Can I get a seat in PSG or CIT or GCT coimbatore (any courses).

Hi kailash.

With the given cutoff and category, your chances of getting admisison at GCT, CIT and PSG are very less. Only chance you may have is at PSG for Fashion Technology, which has a cutoff of 189.75, which may get reduced. But, I'm not sure about it. All other courses in all 3 colleges have a cutoff abouve 190. i don't expect the cutoff to lower as these are 3 of the best colleges in the state and almost all the students will be going for these.

Cut off mark 2018 for mechanical

Hello Naveen,

The cutoff for Mechanical Engineering at CIT, Coimbatore is in between 197 to 199.

This is as per previous years counselling.

In 2016 - 197.25
In 2017 - 198.25

It depends on the university rules of which tour college is a part of.You can only change your college if the other college is also is a part of university.This wholely depends on your college and university rules.
