Being a student of aktu i would suggest you to go for galgotias college of engineering. Don't go for a college just for the sake of government.if you are getting branches like Cs,it then you may go for it otherwise for other branches it won't be a good choice of choosing IET over Galgotias. the environment at IET lucknow won't make you feel comfortable as there is politics more.

Wheras in galgotias it's totally different, they have a good environment for students. All the classic and laboratories are well equipped.students studying there are decent and since this college has restrictions so the students are quite well mannered.

If we talk about placement statistics then The highest package offered by IET is 14lpa Wheras the average ranges around 4-5lpa.

In galgotias the highest package offered is around 25-30lpa every year Wheras the highest package offered till date is 50lpa.the average ranges around 4-7lpa.

I would suggest you to go for GCET over IET.

Rest all depends upon you.

IET lucknow with no doubt is the best college of affiliated to AKTU, no other college of AKTU is gives a competition to IET Lucknow.

reasons are as follows:

1. Highest cutoff

2. Government college

3. Top notch best faculty

4.Availability of scholarships for complete waiver on tuition fees for EWS.

5. Academically flexible : Only worthy subjects are taught.

6. Best location : Al coaching centres within 2km reach

7. Good placements : TCS, WIPRO, Indian Army, Merchant NAvy, Snapdeal, Honda Cars. etc.

Only problem is with infrastructure and as it is government the college authority is not much responding to student's issues.

The Bundelkhand University is a Public Institute whereas the Galgolitas College of Engineering and Technology is a Private Institute. Talking about fees, the total course fees for B.Tech CSE course in Bundelkhand University is INR 2.68 Lakhs whereas in Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is INR 4.69 Lakhs.

Talking about the reviews about facilities and faculty, Galgolitas College has better reviews. The infrastructure, maintenance, hostel facility is better in Galgolitas College.

Coming to the placements,

Galgolitas College has a better placement record. Various well renowned companies like Airtel, Amazon, Optimus, Vivo, India Today, Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential, Infosys, WIPRO, etc. visit the campus of Galgotias College's campus for recruitments. The average package offered to the candidates is INR 3.6 Lakhs per annum with an average package of INR 10 Lakhs per annum.

In Bundelkhand University, though various well renowned companies like HCL, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. visit the campus for recruitments, it doesn't show an impressive records for placements.

So, if you are planning to pursue B.Tech CSE from any of these two colleges, then you can prefer Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.

The eligibility criteria to participate in UPSEE spot counselling is as follows

• A candidate who was not alloted a seat in any round is eligibile.
• A candidate who could not participate in any rounf of counselling is eligible.
• A candidate who did not confirm the seat which was alloted in any previous rounds.

So, if you have not confirmed your seat which was alloted to you then you can participate in spot counselling.
