1. KNIT, Sultanpur.

2. AKGEC, Ghaziabad.

3. PSIT, Kanpur

on the basis of your SC Rank only. 

You can get any stream like CSE/ME/CE/ECE which you like. However the stream deciding will be the sole decision of the management of the college.

As the results are recently declared the cutoffs are not yet decided, so we will not be able to give you the exact information.By seeing the previous years cutoffs you can get a government college through obc rank. Here I am mentioning some good government and private colleges

yes you can get admission in comouter scienece but plese mention that which entrance exam you gave ad. in whihc college you want to take admission so that i can suggest you the eligibility criteria of the given college. all the best.

IET,Lucknow and KNIT,Sultanpur admit studetns based on the ranks secured by the candidate in the UPSEE exam.There are 66 seats in KNIT for CSE, while IET has 60 seats. In order to check your chances of getting into each of these institues, you can check the previous year

As you are asking ,I  tell you one thing government college is always better than private due to the money means fees and other charges. IET Lucknow,KNIT Sultanpur and BIET Jhansi are the best developed in all means .and other colleges as you mentioned is also good to talk admission.in
