Both are decent colleges in private cateogry.

But VIT, Vellore is a bit better than MIT, Manipal.

Comparing the NIRF Ranking VIT is ranked at 15th while MIT at 45th.
Facilities provided by both the colleges are almost same and both have all the facilities required by students.

The campus includes the latest technologies for sports and entertainment,smart classroom,advanced laboratory,huge digital library,and fast WiFi. College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is enjoyable and outstanding. The labs are old, the library is very big in size and different building. The hostel facilities are very good. Basic amenities are offered, general maintenance id done regularly.
