my rank is 29k in mit,manipal i saw that 2019 cutoff for EIE was34k and also seeing videos of mit people.one says that in 5 cnselling rounds there can occur a scenerio where a boy from AIR 32K can move to a 16k cutoff branch if choose preferences wisely .wht are the 5 wise choices for me(main camp.)

See you have not mentioned the name of your preferred branch, if you would have given it then I can suggest you in the preference wis 5 branches to be chosen for counselling. However on the basis of previous year cut-off you should choose enlisted below 5 branches

What is the branch change criteria at MIT Manipal and is it assured that on securing a good CGPA one will be able to upgrade from EIE to ECE/EEE?

The first thing that matters is that,the branch which you are trying to upgrade into should have vacancies. And then,you should have more cgpa then the others who applied for the same branch and thus your branch will successfully be upgraded.

No, you aren't supposed to pay fees again and again for next six rounds. They might ask you to pay the counselling fees which is a one time payment for all the subsequent rounds in Manipal Institute of Technology. Payment of counselling fees is done in every college or university

If you have paid ones already for the counselling then you don't have to pay for other round of counselling as if you don't get seat in the first counselling then you will automatically entitle for the other round of counselling and you do not have to

The infrastructure is enjoyable and outstanding. The labs are old, the library is very big in size and different building. The hostel facilities are very good. Basic amenities are offered, general maintenance id done regularly.
