Yes, the rank list for MET 2020 is prepared based on marks in MET entrance test and marks scored in class 12 examination. 60 percent weightage is given for marks scored in MET 2020 and 40 percent weightage is given for marks scored in class 12. Rank is determined by adding the weightage. MET 2020 rank list is released by the authorities today. You need to login with your application number in the admission portal to check the rank list.

According to the cutoff trends for Computer science engineering branch at Manipal university the cutoff rank in 2017 is 1978 and in 2018 the cutoff rank is 1557 and it 2019 the cutoff rank for Computer science engineering is 1819 so, as per these details it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in Computer science engineering with 2252 rank at Manipal University, Manipal campus but you can get seat in Computer science engineering at Manipal University Jaipur and sikkim campuses

In 2019 All India cut off rank for Computer Science Engineering in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal was 1113 and for Manipal University, Jaipur it was 8760. We cannot predict your rank now as it depends on number of candidates appeared and highest score in the exam. You need to secure a rank below 8,000 to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE. Cut off changes every year depending on number of seats available, number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam etc.

I hope you want to know about MET i.e Manipal entrance test. Admissions are done on the basis of rank inMET through Manipal councelling.

Manipal academy of higher education will release cut-off or meirt list for MET 2020 on August 18th. Merit list will contain the name of selected candidates. Rank will be decided on the basis of marks scored in MET as well as in higher secondary education.

Basically ICAS ( International center for Applied Sciences ) is one of the smallest bodies of Manipal University. Many Students do confuse it to be a part of MIT, but it isn't.

I would suggest you to please do not take up this program. If you want to go abroad for your studies and try for MS after your General B.tech from Manipal or any other University you want to take admission in.

Hello student. A score of 433 and 74 percentile is a pretty good one. But as always, computer science and it's related branches are a bit difficult to get. You would be getting the rank around 5k to 8k. But the cut off for last year is 3k to 4k for these cse related branches. So it  cannot be surely predicted. Chances are there to try for 2nd councelling
