Hello aspirant,
in my opinion it might be difficult for you to get your desired stream in MIT but,the choice of college depends on various factors like cutoffs of colleges, seats available, stream selection and many more.you can check all the colleges available in your location on the careers 360 web page and can also compare various colleges on different parameters.
Happy learning.

Hello,
Last year All India Rank cut off was 1113 for Manipal campus and 8760 for Jaipur campus to get admission in Computer Science Engineering. So you need to secure a rank below 8,000 to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE. Over two candidates applied for MU OET 2020 and 1.8 lakhs candidates must have appeared in MU OET 2020. You can expect your rank to be around 20,000. You have tough chances of getting seat in CSE with such rank. However, this is an estimated rank your actual rank may change. And cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.
Hello aspirant,
Every institute nad government has their own guidelines for giving scholarships. Some give on merit and some give on financial condition of the family. And its rare that, someone gets scholarship on cgpa every year. So, if you have any reservation, definitely you will get scholarship. And any other category, it depends on the guidelines given.
MIT Manipal is the oldest and I think would be the best in the case of placement also. So I would personally prefer MIT Manipal than Jaipur. So both are good and you should choose as per your convenience, as the placement levels would be good in Both the campuses.
All the Best!!
Hello Aspirant,
Manipal University conducts its own annual common online entrance test to offer admissions to interested candidates in their programs, offered across their three campuses
Your rank should be under 2k . Last year to get a rank under 2k , As you had score 446 .this year also I guess it will be more or less same. So your chances is high to get admission.
All the best!!!
Dear Achinthya,
You can get into the following colleges in MIT Manipal with your marks:
Link:
I’m currently pursuing Information Technology at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), and my experience so far has been decent, though not without its challenges. The infrastructure here is solid—labs, classrooms, and the library are well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi is reliable most of the time. There’s scope for improvement in some of the lab equipment, but overall, it’s above average.
The college infrastructure is impressive, offering a blend of modern facilities and well-maintained amenities. Spacious classrooms equipped with smart boards and high-speed internet create an environment conducive to learning. However, some areas could benefit from better upkeep, especially outdoor seating and parking spaces.
The campus is clean and green, with good Wi-Fi, sports areas, and comfortable hostels. It provides everything students need to study and live well.It could use a little work for getting Ac in workshops.
