The eligibility is same in the MOP UP round if you join the alloted seat for MBBS & BDS then you will not be eligible for further counselling.

Cutoffs are based on the current year's results and the number of applicants, most of the numbers for last year's cutoffs are obsolete but just for your reference, I'll put them down here.

Cutoffs for Mech and civil

Hi. To give IES, a candidate Must have obtained an engineering degree. Also, candidate must have an age of 21 years and not more than 30 years. You can check the eligibility criteria to be more clear.
