Yes you can attent the competitive exam after opting B.voc or any other but you have to follow some rule and regulation which might be you are available for it or not so once go through with it.

The cut off depends upon the category as well. You should have mentioned the category. The cut off marks for General category is 42. If you have marks above 42 out of 120, then you are eligible for Andhra University. There is no cut off marks for
